Clean, comfortable, nice light, very friendly staff!

It’s a bit outdated furniture wise, could use a new layer of paint and a new carpet. It’s NOT dirty but could use an update.

A very poor experience

The bed was comfortable.

The neighbouring room's air conditioner external module noise did not let me sleep all night. Had to take a bath in the bathtub. It was not clean as spider webs and dust were seen throughout the room.

Great Hotel

Great location. Quiet place and yet very close to a bus stop with many buses. Staff is friendly and helpful.

There was a group of young people staying at the same time and there were quit loud.

There was a shower in the bathroom instead of a bath.

The central heating was not enabled. Therefor the room should be heated with an air conditionar.

I liked the hotel with a convenient location, a safe area, good transport interchange. They helped me figure it out, thanks. The hotel is clean and warm, I liked everything.

Pleasant

I chose this hotel because of its closeness to the airport, so the location is fairly fine, but a bit far from the city center. The room was clean and spacious.

The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything from other rooms and hallway. I barely slept as there was a loud party, people drinking and shouting in the room next door.

Very good

The Kibella meets my requirements. I have a few friends in Sofia and it's fairly central and easy to get to and from. price is very good and the hotel feels safe and its well-run.

Comfortable stay

A great, comfortable and clean hotel, conveniently located for access to Sofia airport. I stayed in a single room on the first floor, with everything I needed on the eve of my flight. I have stayed on many occasions at Kibella and the reception staff are always polite and professional. This time they kindly helped me with my suitcase, woke me up when I needed to get up and ordered me a taxi to the airport. If you need a budget hotel before or after your travels, look no further, and book a room at Kibella.

The rooms have started to look a bit tired - I’d say it is just a normal wear and tear, but this hotel offers an excellent value for money and this more than compensates for the odd scratch on the furniture or the towels not being first class soft.

A very comfortable stay

A very comfortable hotel, with all you need ( comfortable bed, TV, fridge, safe, hairdryer, slippers, WIFI). The location is also good - close to a main boulevard and transport means, big shops in the area.

Superb

Very big, clean rooms. The hotel itself seems to be a house, so it has that homey feeling. Paid for breakfast which is very basic continental. Good coffee.
