For 4 people, we offer our apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 bedroom cabin closed in the entrance, crossing 38 m2, on the ground floor of a residence on a human scale, no neighbors above, 2 large terraces, having all the comfort and the WIFI.
Private parking space right in front of the apartment, ideal for unloading suitcases and shopping!
Perfect for a family with children: the 2 terraces are fenced, the cabin room is quiet compared to the rest of the apartment (beautiful evenings guaranteed on the terrace or in the living room while the children sleep ;-)
Located Rue du Courant in Vieux Boucau (40480), quiet street about 200m from the Main Beach and the Grand Plage, less than 10 minutes walk from the city center and the marine lake, Chez Darriau grocery store open 7/7 at 50m (morning baguette and croissants right next ;-) and bike paths nearby.
