breve vacanzina nella splendida Alghero

Siamo arrivati alle 10 e il proprietario ci ha dato subito le chiavi di casa. Casa bella, comoda e spaziosa con un ottimo terrazzo nel quale pranzare e cenare. Supermercati a 50 metri, cosi come le spiagge. Dovessi ritornare ad Alghero ci tornerei sicuramente. Proprietario disponibile.

i lavori sotto casa, ma quelli prima o poi finiscono :-)

Great accommodation near Alghero beach

The apartment had a great location, 6 min away by foot from Alghero beach and 15 min from the city center. The apartment was very clean, very well equipped and the host was friendly and very responsive to our needs. We like that we got the ground floor apartment and it was chilli during the day.

In the description of the apartment, the AC was included in the price of booking, but when we got there it was optional and you had to pay for it. It wasn't expensive, but I would have liked it to be specified in the description, in order to be transparent with your service.

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Alghero

Appartement très propre, récent, avec tout les équipements nécessaires. Emplacement parfait avec la plage a 100 mètres sur le front de mer, le port et le centre ville a 15mn à pieds. Nous recommandons sans hésiter pour passer un agréable séjour.

Maravilloso apartamento

Maravilloso y acogedor apartamento que ofrece todo lo que necesitas para una estancia fantástica junto al mar. Completamente amueblado y con todo lo necesario en la cocina. Destacar la limpieza que es algo que siempre valoramos mucho. Cocina-salón, baño y habitación impecables. Además Massimo y Pauletta son encantadores. Les doy las gracias nuevamente por atendernos tan bien.

Amazing place and host

Everything was great. The apartment was perfect for 2 people. We stayed for 2 weeks. Massimo was very kind and helpful. He even offered to store the bags in his place until our time of departure, and even stored the food in his fridge :) He also brought us new towels on mid of our stay. The apartment is equipped with all needed appliances. Location is only 2-3min from the Lido Beach. Other nice beaches are also nearby, by only 15-20min of walk. Water was crystal clear everywhere. City center is also quite close and has it's charm. Definitelly worth the visit. There are 2 big supermarkets nearby.

Nothing bad to say, just few suggestions. To provide bigger shampoo/shower gels and also bigger basic kitchen supplies (oil, sugar, salt) for longer stays as ours. :)

Fantastic location, Beautiful apartment, Wonderful hosts

The apartment was immaculate and had lots of character in a fantastic position. We loved the vibrant, cheerful decor which showed a lot of effort to make the place perfect. It had all the equipment you needed to cook meals and was about 1 minute walk away from 2 large supermarkets. The terrace was a lovely spot to sit and have aperitifs in the evening with a nice view. The beach was only a few minutes walk and we swam there twice each day in the beautiful clear water. The old town was a nice stroll along the promenade and there were lots of restaurants and bars along the way. Our hosts were lovely, friendly and helpful people.

Kind owner, apartment is close to the beach and not so far from city center. Nice evening walk!

We missed few kitchen tools. Dish washer would be nice. Beach volleyball available on the beach very close to apartment.

Great place to stay in Alghero

The apartment was impeccably clean. The owners were very friendly and caring. The apartment was close to the bus stop that goes to the airport and to the beach. Everything was perfect. Will recommend it!

The only thing I missed was a microwave.

you have to pay for electricity if using Air-con!!!! it’s not acceptable. owner counting everything in the room like you going to stolen. you have to separate garbage in 5 different bins! cheep quality of everything

Great place!

The host are realny great!The apartment is really spacious. There is everything you need. I travelled with my 3 friends. We spent there 5 amazing days. There are 2 supermarkets nearby and the bus stop to the beaches or the airport is round the corner. We definitely come back!Thanks a lot for your hospitality!

Amazing experience with Appartamenti Catogno with a great host Massimo and his support during our stay. Great location,

location(not a busy street), super kind host, fully equiped apartment, renovated house, neighborhood with 2 supermarkets, grocery stors, restaurants and house located just few steps from the beach

Lovely

The apartment is newly renovated, stylishly designed, very clean and well taken care off. All comfort is there: AC in each room (while we did not even need to use it much, because of properly located windows fresh air was flowing all nights), equipped kitchen, nice terrace. Enjoyed our stay there a lot, will be back for sure. Thanks to our amazing hosts

Exceptional

The owners were really kind and helpful. We have rented bikes from them and rode to Fertilia. The apartment is quite large, well equiped, in good location really close to shops, bus stop, beach and nice walking distance to city center.

Exceptional

A perfect stay, it exceeded our expectations. The apartment has been recently refurbished and most of the furnitures and equipment are brand new. It’s very spacious and comfortable and it has a nice big terrace. It is equipped with aircon (extra fee), washing machine, hair dryer (powerful), oven.. The apartment is also very well located, better than it looks in the map. It’s 2 minutes walk from the beach, where you can find restaurants and bars, and 20 minutes walk from the city center. There are also 2 big markets 2 minutes away and bus stop (also to/from airport) is 1 minute away. Finally and the most important, Massimo and his wife were very friendly and kind, explained us everything and gave us tips for restaurants, transport and other useful things. They will always be there to help you. If we go back to Alghero we will book again with them!

Superb

Very friendly welcome. Clean and well equipped flat. Good location near beach.

Not to like but to note you need to pay for use of a/c. We paid about 11 euros for 3 nights worth of using overnight in the bedroom.

Nice clean apartment near to the beach and not far from the old town. Good price/value!

This apartment is in a really good place, near to the beach and there are a pretty good restaurants as well (I reccomend Enhorabona!). The old town is about 15 min. by walk so you can reach everything shortly. The hosts are really kind and helpful. The place is really clean and nice, everything looks new there.

I didn't know that we have to pay for the using of the A/C. It was cunsumption based and wasn't much although. I don't have a problem to pay for it but I didn't know it (maybe I didn't notice it on the ad, I don't know). But actually there is no disadvantages. : )
