Excelente, como siempre

Cada vez que visito Pachuca me hospedo en este hotel por su cercanía al Reloj Monumental, por la calidad del servicio: el personal es super amable, la seguridad que ofrecen y por el precio. Creo que ya deberían darme credencial de cliente frecuente ☺️

Como sugerencia y debido a los cambios climáticos, deberían colocar ventiladores, con las olas de calor, la habitación se sentia bochornosa por ratos

Soy huesped fiel . Me encanta la ubicación y laa instalaciones y el personal

No hay enchufes cerca de la cama. La programación en la televisión es muy básica

Excelente ubicacion, buen costo, buena atencion-

llegamos como 9:30 am al hotel, nos dieron acceso a nuestra habitacion desde las 9 am, (el plan era solo guardar equipaje, pero nos dieron acceso) , tienen restaurante, asi que el desayuno me parecio bastante bien por el costo, y atienden desde las 8 am creo..., entonces estuvo genial, la ubicacion esta excelente para todo...asi que lo recomiendo ampliamente. solo cabe mencionar que las sabanas de nuestra habitacion se veian como amarillas, raras... la habitacion es pequeña, pero realmente todo esta bien, no pasamos tanto frio porque el hotel si esta todo cubierto, tiene elevador el hotel, super facil acceso.

Across the street from Main Plaza where everything is going on. Closed by the collectivos to Huasca. Free wifi.

Very good

Have stayed here on and off over 5 years when visiting Pachuca. Great location, spacious lobby, compact but just-right rooms, amazing view from rooftop... cheap parking with voucher 2 minutes away

No breakfast area during Covid, but hotel not to blame!

If all you want to do is just sleep and don’t need anything else, this is a good cheap place.

Right in the center of town, staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, and they returned my money promptly.

No elevator, internet didn’t work, bathroom was small, the bed was hard, but the reason why I ultimately left was because there was only one electrical outlet in the room and it was chest high and it didn’t work so I had no place to recharge anything.
