Lovely and would love to repeat

The ambience was stunning. Loved the citrus water they had waiting everyday in the bar. The lobby was rather fun with good books to peruse. Decent gym but most stunning they had a sauna.

The edged a bit of a run down area. But it was so conveniently located that I think that is splitting hairs

Great Warsaw starting point

Very nice, clean well designed secure Pleasant staff convenient to local activities, not requiring local transport all of the time

La gentilezza e l’accoglienza addirittura in italiano.

Camera troppo piccola con un sistema di domotica di gestione delle luci complicato. La griglia dell’aria come scendi letto non mi è per niente piaciuta perché oltre che scomoda quando si scende da un letto molto alto dal punto di vista della circolazione dell’aria non da posizionarsi a fianco di chi dorme.

Polecamy, zdecydowanie warto.

Piękny, zabytkowy budynek. Żyrandol w lobby robi wrażenie. Ciekawa architektura połączenie historii z nowoczesnością. Dostaliśmy piękny pokój z dużymi oknami i widokiem na miasto. Bardzo wygodne materace. W pokoju i łazience czysto. Rewelacyjne śniadania, są chyba wizytówką tego miejsca. Obsługa bardzo miła i profesjonalna. Korzystaliśmy też z restauracji wieczorem, bardzo dobre dania z karty.

Wszystko było super.

Für jemand der die Lage(mehr Zentrum geht nicht) und komfort schätz ist das Hotel passend.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, Personal extrem freundlich. Frühstück einfach genial! Sehr gesund, alles frisch zuberaitet auch mit extra wünsch kein Problem.

Im Zimmer 4. Stock mit gr. Scheibengaube dadurch war im Zimmer allerdings relativ Kalt. Zweite Decke kam sofort allerdings in der Nacht trotzdem durch die Scheiben war im Zimmer frisch. Im Nebegebäude schein eine Technodisco übers Wochenende zu sein die Beats gehen durch die Wand bis 4.00 früh! Ich habe mich nicht beschwert, das es für mich ok war allerdings wenn jemand sehr unruhigen Schlaf hat wird es hier nicht ausschlafen können!

bardzo wygodny i piękny hotel z pysznymi śniadaniami

piękny hotel, wszystko w nim pięknie współgrało ze sobą, bardzo wygodne i czyste pokoje, wszelkie udogodnienia a na milion dodatkowych plusów zasługują przepyszne śniadania. Lokalizacja też idealna, wszystko blisko. Wyjazd służbowy udany, polecam!

Empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder

Sehr Zentral gelegen, die Altstadt um die Ecke, viele Restaurants und Cafés ein paar Minuten entfernt. Hotel sehr elegant, geräumiges, helles Zimmer mit bequemen Bett. Auf Anfrage extra Decke und Kissen erhalten. Frühstück a la carte mit großer Auswahl, auf Wunsch kann alles geändert und extra bestellt werden. Wir hatten nur positive Erfahrung gemacht

Zimmer zur „Party Kneipe“ gelegen, so das es von Samstag auf Sonntag sehr laut war und trotz Ohropax die Nacht leider somit sehr unruhig

Wyjatkowe miejsce

Super lokalizacja! Pięknie odrestaurowana kamienica tuż obok ul. Nowy Świat. Obiekt pod każdym względem dopieszczony zarówno pokoje jak i części wspólne. Bardzo miły, pomocny personel. Piękny widok na panoramę Warszawy z okien na trzecim piętrze. Śniadanie warte swojej ceny, coś wspaniałego niesamowity przeżycie kulinarne jak i estetyczne, zjadasz wzrokiem dodatkow do śniadania podawane jest prosecco:-). Cudowna obsługa w restauracji, coś co nie zawsze jest takie oczywiste zdecydowanie 10 na 10! Miejsce, do którego chce się wracać.

Superb location with a fabulous breakfast. We didn’t want to leave!

Perfect location; hotel restaurant with a fabulous A La Carte breakfast (included)and excellent staff and service. The manager Daria who quickly resolved a problem. The Complimentary fruit platter and card which was left in our room: highly recommend.

location was fantastic. staff was very nice and helpful.

acoustic is very bad. for me, it was annoying and also at night was very loud from outside (even when the window is close)

Good value for money? Not at all.

Design of the interior in the common area, Flow restaurant - good breakfast

Room in general: 1) lamp didn’t work, 2) AC was broken - we couldn’t set it to a higher temperature and taken into account incorrectly sealed windows (leaky slots) we were freezing 3) there was a dog bed in the room, which was a nice surprise for our pup… but it was so filthy, that it was truly disgusting and we simply removed it. On top of that, neighborhood is a bit spooky - we witnessed two folks fighting outside and a lot of police around the other day. It wasn’t good value for money at all. Either we had totally bad luck or this hotel’s heyday is already past…

Great location

This hotel is for giants, not for people of an ordinary size and strength - a skyhigh bed (more, than 70 cm), heavy plastic chairs in a restaurant. If you is the giant, or, at least, Shrek, everything will be fine for them.

can’t be helped but was quite noisy from the outside overnight. inside the hotel you can’t hear other noise but the city parties for quite a while.
