The best villa I ever rented

Very nice villa and calm neighboorhood. Emma San was so kind ans sweet and we would definitely come back here next time ! They have a lot of services such as food ordering, scooter rent and others. I recommend it definitely !!

Nice private pool with jacuzzi Enough space for 4 people (the villa with 2 bedrooms) All facilities for a long stay (full equipped kitchen, washing machine)

The bathrooms was very dirty (poor cleaning) The location is in the middle of nowhere Even if we talked with the host for the cleaning, when we arrived saw that cleaning was made very poor Lizard poop in all the house

Estancia perfecta

La villa nos gustó muchísimo y estuvimos muy a gusto. Habitaciones muy amplias, camas cómodas, baños muy espaciosos. La zona de la piscina una maravilla y cuenta con total privacidad. A pesar de estar ubicada en una zona interior, la playa de Rawai está muy cerca en taxi, y desde ahí pudimos disfrutar de islas magníficas.

Todo estaba muy limpio pero había algún pequeño desperfecto, como por ejemplo mucha cal acumulada en las duchas, o algún resto de pintura por las cortinas.

Beste Villa in Rawai!

Absolut private und uneinsichtige Villa, mehr als genügend Platz für 2-4 Personen, top Service von Emma und ihrem Team. Alle 2 Tage wird sowohl der Pool als auch die Villa gereinigt immer in Abstimmung. Empfehlung ein Motorrad oder ein Auto zu mieten da die Villa ein bisschen vom Strand entfernt ist!

Die Villa ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber definitiv noch in guten Zustand. Leider keine Kaffeemaschine!

Lovely hidden place in Rawai, very clean and quiet, fully private, great relaxing getaway. The villa is as seen in the pictures, very well maintained. Highly recommend, will come back!

we stayed in 4 different villas in Thailand but this was the best

Amazing new villa with great swimming pool. cleaning was good, people very friendly. anything you need they will help you. location was great near the forest.

tissues were missing, no coffee/tea. ac something was wrong with it in second room, water changing temperate from hot to cold all the time. but always talk to the staff they will try to make everything they can to make you happy.

Great property, beautiful silent location, great friendly staff. you will find everything you need and more. very well designed villa. 10mins away, you may find anything you need (nice restaurants, cafes, local bars etc) Emma was very accommodating from the very first minute of our stay. All of our requests were handled in very short time. Small tip: if you stay short term you will feel sad when leaving, so recommending at least a week :)

Almost Perfect Stay

Emma was a good host and served us well during our stay. The design and facilities were modern and looked relatively new. The kitchen had a full set of facilities and cooking utensils. The (fibreglass?) bathtub was big, much bigger than the typical bathtub. The TV was big (think 60 inch) and had Netflix. The dining table was big and comfortable, as were the dining table chairs.

The blackout curtains didn't keep the light out, it was still quite bright dispite everything closed. No TV in both rooms. There were yellow spots in the bottom of the bathtub. There is also no small side table for the bathtub to hold a drink or handphone. No spa tub, neither was the pool a spa pool. There was a huge ass lizard that decided to die in the kitchen sink on the last night of our stay.

Would definitely stay here again, great for families.

Great villa with large spacious rooms, superb pool and a very quiet location. The staff were very helpful, meeting us when we arrived and always checking in to see if there was anything we needed.

Everything was great. The villa is very comfortable and modern, a very nice design. Quiet location, feeling of privacy and relaxation. 10 minutes by car to Nai Harn Beach. Emma and her staff are always available to take care of any issues, if they arise.

Practically nothing. Just one thing: would be better if the pool was a little bigger, if you want to use it for swimming.
