Estuary Edge is a well equipped comfortable relaxed house with stunning uninterrupted views over the estuary. 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms Master Suite : A beautiful outlook over the water with a king bed, TV/DVD player. Huge en suite with double shower. Bedroom 2: Spacious room with queen bed. Bedroom 3: Spacious room with queen bed. Bedroom 4: 2 single beds. Main bathroom with bath. Theatre Room : 60cm TV with DVD and surround sound.& DVD library Living/dining room with huge lounge and TV/DVD. Kitchen: Well equipped with views. Alfresco area: Enclosed with fan and views. Outside shade sail area: Study: Ducted Airconditioning/heating to all rooms. Coffee pod machine Ample parking plus room for a 7m boat. Sleeps Max 8 people No leavers or parties. No smoking please. Location, location, location. Step out the backyard to the stunning foreshore park lands. Crab, bike ride,canoe, windsurf, kite surf, JetSki , walk or relax all in your back yard. Shops close by. Cobblers Tavern. Miami Bake House Mandurah Quays all close by. Estuary Edge is great for families or just two people to enjoy a break with water views from the master bedroom, kitchen, living and alfresco. 2 night min stay. Linen included, sheets, tea towels and bath mats. House priced for 4 people extra $20 per person per night. Max 8 people. Pets are by arrangement, we have a enclosed yard with a low fence. What a wonderful place to stay. Close to amenities, great for the kids to play in the estuary, ride their scooters along the cycle path, go crabbing, plus the puzzles and games available in the house. It really was amazing time for us to relax and the kids to have fun too. Will definitely come back another time.

property beautiful perfect location. A few things need repairing. In the outdoor/indoor room one of the dining table chairs is broken and dangerous. Also the sliding screen door leading to outside from that room does not stay on the runners so screen cannot be locked. Otherwise we had a great time and love the house.

We all had a wonderful 2 weeks, sitting out the back watching the boats and pelicans.
Very well fitted out for cooking and plenty of lounging space. We were 5 adults and never under each others feet.
Lovely quiet and safe area.

Great location, spacious, nice view but needed a little bit more touch to make it more homely. There is a coffee machine but no pods provided or at least advice what kind it takes. Also need to advice that it is self catering to bring everything needed inc towel & hangers.

This is our third stay at this beautiful house backing on to the estuary. The view is amazing and I could look at it all day. House has everything you need and is so spacious. Can’t wait for our next visit

We had a fantastic stay. The pictures did not do it justice. The estuary was a perfect view from the enclosed alfresco. Huge rooms. Great theatre room. Highly recommend this property. Plenty of room for everyone.

Location is excellent right on the estuary with the grassed area just of the patio.The house is large enough for 8 people, with room to spare. Outside entertaining area is perfect with the large table and chairs. The enclosed room on the patio is perfect for when you want to be outside but still be inside.

Walking through the front door was just breath taking. My family loved every bit of it. The view was just amazing. What really got us was the beautiful pelican in the main bedroom(My stepdad who passed away just recently loved pelicans)
Communication was spot on and can’t wait to go back. This time stay longer

A perfect winter getaway. The house is spacious and comfortable. Beautifully furnished and we'll equipped. The location is great, beautiful views, walking distance to park, coffee shop and other amenities. Excellent communication with host. Our only complaint is that our stay was too short 😂

Estuary Edge is absolutely perfect for a family such as ours with 3 generations. The house accommodated us all beautifully and the location is perfect with so many options of things to do to keep everyone happy. We all loved our stay so much and will definitely be back.

This property is ideal for a family group. The location and view is so good. Unfortunately the crabs not there this time but we still had fun. The house has everything you need. Can’t wait to go back again.
