Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen

Lage und größe der Wohnung waren super. Zwei Schlafzimmer waren optimal und auch das Bad war angemessen.

Die küche war leider sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Der check in war in Ordnung aber es war keiner vor Ort, wenn man etwas früher ankommt. Es ist schwierig, dadurch auf dem Parkplatz mit der Schranke zu kommen. Der Check out lief nicht optimal, da keiner erreichbar war trotz mehrmaliger Anrufe und Nachrichten. Der Balkon ist nur zum Rauchen nutzbar und nicht im außen sitzen.

Lovely and relaxing stay - just we we needed and expected.

Plenty of windows for light and air. Air conditioning units in good positions to cool whole apartments. Clean and had what you need. Great location - slight hill when going to and from the square/lake. Only a 5-10min walk at most.

2 bedroom had a washing machine but the 1 bedroom didn’t - need this to wash towels etc.

Nice, big apartment 😊

Apartment is big, enough room for a family with two kids or two couples. Shower is a little small, but ok. It is in walking distance to the lake, i walked down to the lake in 7 minutes. A little bakery and butcher is right across the street.

Our Apartment was on the 3rd floor, no elevator. My husband had a hard time to walk up the stairs.

Everything you could need in an apartment; extremely friendly and helpful managers/owners

Location, walkable to shops and restaurants plus there’s a restaurant right across the street that’s very good for evening meal

Can be a little noisy at night if you’re not a late nighter as you’ll hear people coming up the stairs when they come home

Decent stay in Desenzano albeit with a few issues.

Aloe is a nice large apartment on the top floor. Big living space. Good location, short walk from lake front. Staff are friendly although had to take the time out of our second day to meet rather than staff be present on check-in or have self check-in website.

Both Mattresses and pillows are awful, could feel springs in my back and with the pillows the foam is all separated and compressed so provide zero support, needs updating urgently. Cleaning could be better, coffee machine wasn’t cleaned from last guests, strong smell of cigarette smoke in kitchen/lounge area, and some mould above one of the bedroom windows. Maintenance needed for balcony chair (missing wooden slat with exposed metal (currently unusable) and the power socket in kitchen is a electrical hazard hanging out of the wall.

Marvelous short stay near Garda

Great stay near Garda: great location, well equipped appartment, everything works as it should. Perfect for short or even longer stay in Desenzano del Garda

We didn't like the level of service - we were promised cleaning but it turned out to be in addition to a high fee. We were promised basic WIFI and it didn't work all week and the apartment manager said he didn't have a technician available to fix the problem

Great stay!!

We enjoyed our stay, it was clean, working AC in all rooms. Walking distance to the beach and city center 6 minutes. Easy self check-in directions. Highly recommend

Excellent Holiday Home a bit away from the Centre of Desenzano

The apartment was excellent in every aspect. The instructions to get the keys and entry to our apartment were perfect.

The one draw back was the climb from the lake shore up to the apartment.

A comfortable stay at a beautiful lakeside.

The beds were really comfortable so we could rest after a busy day. The flat is in a good location, everything is really close, including shops and the lake.

The refrigerator was leaking. The table and tv were put too close together that that one place on the tv side was a bit uncomfortable.

Comfortable studio in a great location with parking.

Location was perfect and included onsite parking. Within easy walking distance to the lake, shops and restaurants. The studio was small but well appointed.

A microwave would have been nice. Also the pictures showed laundry but our suite did not have one although there were hookups.

We went out to dinner but could not find our way back to the apartment until late at night

There was nobody there to meet us. Very little in the kitchen. No breakfast, although we had asked for it. Professionally run, but there was some breakdown with staff.

Very pleasant stay

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable (we were told we had been upgraded). The modern decor of the whole apartment building makes it very welcoming. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming and helped us with any queries we had during our stay. The room had a coffee machine and coffee pods which I think is a lovely touch. Overall a very pleasant stay

The firestick on the TV didn’t seem to work, but we weren’t too fussed about this anyway.

The receptionist was super kind and helpful with good English. We booked 5 min before and he was quickly there even on a sunday. Great location, and very clean. Easy check-out.

The sofa bed was very noisy and uncomfortable. The reception is not in the building but it's just across the street.

Our stay at L’Angelica Holiday Home was great!

Our stay at L’Angelica Holiday Home was great! The check in and communication before arriving was very smooth by Angelica herself. Only a short walk from the train station and to the lake, we loved the location. We stayed in the Tiglio room which had good amenities, stylish decor and was everything we needed. Angelica shared some great recommendations in Desenzano and surrounding areas for food and things to do. We would highly recommend staying here and love to come back one day!

The apartment is located close enough to the centre of Desenzano. We really appreciated the private parking space, which kept us from having to cruise around to find one. The flat was good and beautifully decorated. The manager was very professional and helpful. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Centrally located and close to the town centre and restaurants etc. Friendly member of staff greeted us. Spacious parking spot.
