Очень приятные, сердечные и добрые люди. Приятно жить там, где любят животных: две ласковые собачки и котик. Великолепный вид на окрестности. Просторный, ухоженный двор с цветущими растениями. Комната большая, чистая, со всем необходимым.

Fuimos con mi esposo y dos hijas , ellas disfrutaron mucho de las instalaciones, el desayuno espectacular, Julio y su esposa muy amables y excelentes anfitriones. Nos llevamos un excelente recuerdo. La habitación y servicio impecable.

Lugar hermoso y relajante con una atención especial!

Un hotel lindísimo con una ubicación y paisaje espectacular. Blanquita y su esposo nos trataron excelente y nos hicieron sentir en casa en todo momento. Totalmente recomendado y me encantaría volver!!!

Friendly, welcoming, clean and quiet

A peaceful, friendly and clean place to stay in Baños, a little bit outside of the town center so a good night‘s sleep is guaranteed! I loved the warm welcome of the owner, and I adored the two cute dogs and the cat!

Great place in Baños

Great location. Breakfast was awesome. They even accommodate my diet meals. The owners were very courteous and friendly. My family and I had a wonderful time there

I thought the jacuzzi was included in the room rate but you have to pay extra money for it. Beside that I enjoyed my time at Inti Luna.

Great place to stay with large grassy area and friendly host dogs!

We chose this quiet neighborhood location because it was on the outskirts of town and not in the crowded center. (One of the hot springs is just up the same road and easy walking distance). We also traveled with kids and we loved that it had a big green grassy area and outdoor space. The morning breakfast was very good (fresh juice, eggs, bread and coffee). We all LOVED the host dogs, Luna & Gordo and the cat Max. The Hostal has a full menu for lunch & dinner and it’s quite good if you come back late from a full day tour and you don’t want to go into the Center to eat. The owner went above and beyond and helped us arrange for a private driver on the day we left to take us to the Coast. She selected a taxi driver with a lot of experience in a nice 4x4 truck who took good care of us on the 11.5 hour trip. This location is very busy on the weekends when Ecuadorians travel to Banos for a weekend trip. You are so busy doing activities during the day that you come back and rest. The TV has access to Netflix, You Tube and good WiFi.

One of the best stays in Ecuador

The view from the garden is priceless!!! It was so nice to have peace and quiet, breakfast in the garden. Something I’ve come to appreciate later in our trip around Ecuador. The family really tried to accommodate to my breakfast preference and I even got beautiful, tasty pancakes one morning. We also forgot our card at the accommodation and within seconds they ran to help us retrieve it at the bus station.

The only downside was that the shower took a while to heat up.

Big garden, very nice couple. Blanca and Julio read every wish from your eyes. Ten minutes walk to the center, because of this it's very quiet by night.

Beautiful views and great staff!

The staff were so kind and accommodating, the grounds were beautiful, and the breakfast was tasty! It is a gorgeous view of the mountains. Our rooms were cleaned daily. The people who run the hostel were the some of the kindest people we encountered so far.

Our lock on our door was extremely finicky, so it was hard to get in and out of our room. The shower curtain did not make a good seal, so water would spill out a little bit while we used it. Location was also not super central.

Nice staff. Good coffee at breakfast. The scenery around the hotel is beautiful and there are some nice plants and trees in the green area.

It would be nice to have fruit with breakfast and also a bathmat in the bathroom so that the floor doesn't get very wet.

Very pleasant stay

It’s a beautiful place to stay in Baños, with an exclusive view to the vulcano, very friendly people and a 15min walk from the centre.

During our stay the nights were quite cold and the room was freezing so I would suggest to have a heater for these situations. I would also suggest to have a hair dryer available for the guests with long hair!

A comfortable / affordable place to stay in Banos.

This place has a very spacious yard with nice flowers around. A little outside of city center to avoid the noise. Only 2 min drive to a local hot spring. Good breakfast.

It would be helpful to have an English speaking stuff when wen checked in.

Charming, rustic friendly hotel.

Lovely place, with a nice garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was substantial. Very relaxed atmosphere.

I have a bit of a back problem and found the mattress in our room a bit uncomfortable

breakfast and turco and jacuzzi were great, also space for the dogs and a beautiful view of the mountains. it was quiet and peaceful and the staff was very nice and accommodating to me on my birthday :)

Great place with nice views, kind staff and a really nice breakfast.

Everything was perfect! Nice quiet location just a short walk from the center of town. Bedding was clean and comfy. Staff and owners were all really nice. Breakfast is really good and comes with an amazing view. I would happily stay here again. 10/10

Good location and friendly hosts.

We enjoyed having our breakfast outside on the terrace (take the hot chocolate ;) ). The hosts were very friendly and helped us to plan our sightseeing and recommended which highways to take on our following journey to South.

The bathroom could need a bit of renovation. After showering the entire floor is wet.

I am very pleased with the inti luna awesome Clean and most of all very friendly Breakfast was included I didn't know if I did the right thing on to tipping I most definitely tipped the chamber maid upon my departure. Away from everyone but close to everything. I enjoyed my stay Thank you inti luna

No regrets, winning !!!!!

unfortunately not able to see Volcano Tungurahua, due to drizzle and overcast conditions. Did manage to do waterfall tour which was awe inspiring..
