Great location, nice big loft with everything you need, super host. Recommend!

Super-located, modern with everything you need (small fridge, iron, terrace with sun beds (we had room 4), coffee machine, good shower, comfy big bed. Room was like a loft, high sealing, good airco, plenty of space. The host was very nice and welcoming, helped us to carry the luggage upstairs, explained everything, fixed immediately problem in the shower, was always there for us.

We had the junior suite and had a lovely view of both the mountains and the sea.

We were warmly greeted and told about the local area immediately including bus routes. The room was immaculate and cleaned every day. No noise in the room at night. The location was excellent. So close to the old harbour and its fantastic restaurants and bars. Our stay was just wonderful. We would definitely return.

Perfect location, walking distance to the main centre. Parking is available close by. Stelios was absolutely amazing. He helped us with everything we needed and every hick up that came our way!

The location was perfect! Staff were really helpful and the apartment was huge with beautiful views

It was ok but overpriced for what the room offered.

The cleaness and the position. The guy at the reception was also friendly. The bathroom was big enough but it was needed a shelter where to place your personal beauty care and body care.

The room was paint in dark colors that I found not nice and there was mold on the wall. The fridge was old and the door didn't close correctly and was very noisy. The same with the air conditioning was noisy and impossible to sleep during the night. I found it overpriced for what the room offered. No breakfast included and what I didn't like the most was the advanced payment and not being able to get refunded in case you wanted to change it.

Excellent location and service

Excellent location, 5 minute walk from Old Town. The host Stelios was available for queries when needed and was kind enough to help when there were issues. Room was cleaned every day and there was free coffee.

Great location to parking and downtown. ATM close by. Food and convenience stores practically around the corner. Stelios was great! He made me feel welcome and was willing to help with anything I may have needed.

There wasn't an elevator so pack light if you choose the top floor suite. Worth the workout but if you have an issue with stairs it could be a problem.

The place was wonderful. Location was perfect. The owners were very nice and kind, super helpful!

Our room had no windows, and that made it kind of uncomfortable for a place that you would like to look at all the time. It was a very dark room.

Superb

Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning daily. Room was clean and very spacious. Location was great, a short walk from Kapi Koum Beach and the waterside full of restaurants, bars, etc. Parking was free on the street but like all of Chania it gets busy in the evening and it is challenging to find parking in the evening.

Wifi was slow at times. Nearby is an outdoor event venue and at night (weekdays and weekends) there would be very loud noises coming from there which was disturbing and made it challenging for me to fall asleep (my partner did not have a problem falling asleep) - so only relevant if you are a light sleeper.

Quality hotel and good location

Classy and big loft style room with huge balcony overlooking the gulf. Top notch location. The hotel was just as described and just what we needed.

Wi-Fi was not that strong at least in our room.

Loved Channia.

Very large room with 4 seater Jacuzzi bath & excellent shower room.

Small terrace with Street view. Higher rooms had better views.

Perfect stay. Easy going and friendly Steyos was a great host

Great location away from the busy touristy harbour. Loved the space, the jacuzzi and the comfy bed.
