Perfect apartment, perfect location.

Another Wonderful Stay Back again for another lovely holiday in Marbella. This apartment is just a perfect location for exploring all the sights. And so many lovely bakeries and cafes nearby. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, with a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine to greet us. Smooth communication with Raphael who was also very accommodating with our late check out on the last day. Thank you again Raphael

Geräumige, saubere Wohnung nahe Alt-Marbella

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet. An viele Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht. Zur Begrüßung stand frisches Obst im Wohnzimmer. Zwar sind Wohnung und Gebäude nicht sehr neu, aber dafür sehr sauber. Die übrigen Bewohner des Hauses, wohl überwiegend Einheimische, grüßen freundlich und machen einen guten Eindruck. Der Balkon eignet sich sehr gut zum Frühstücken oder Abendessen im Freien. Der Pool liegt ruhig und etwas zurück versetzt, und es gibt sowohl schattige als auch sonnige Plätze drumherum. Senor Rafael, der uns herzlich begrüßte, war ein ausgesprochen professioneller und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er war immer kurzfristig erreichbar, hatte eine Fülle gastronomischer Tipps und gleich Lösungsvorschläge parat, als die Nachbarn unvorhergesehen begannen, lautstark ihre Küche zu renovieren. Die schöne Altstadt von Marbella und auch ein Supermarkt sind sehr gut zur Fuß erreichbar.

Leider gibt es nur relativ teure Parkplätze in der näheren Umgebung. Bei der ansonten guten Ausstattung fehlte uns vor allem ein Nudelsieb in der Küche.

Un appartement et un propriétaire exceptionnels !

L’appartement est très bien situé, proche de la plage et la vieille ville, il y’a pleins de commerce . Il est d’une propreté exceptionnelle, avec du linge qui sent tellement bon et des serviettes en quantité. Il y avait tout le nécessaire et surtout une climatisation qui fonctionne très bien ! La piscine est très agréable, propre et le jardin magnifique.Le propriétaire est d’une extrême gentillesse avec de nombreuses attentions même pour les enfants ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

ideal clean apartment if you don’t want to hire a car

very well located to get around on foot to both old town and coast. shops and restaurants very close by.

water took long time to heat up . twin beds very hard in the second bedroom.

The location is located in a very good area, close to the center and the beach. The host was welcoming and prompt.

The bed and pillow were not very comfortable. In addition, the air conditioning filters should be cleaned. When you turn them on, they emit an unbearable smell.

Very nice apartment, we will come again.

The property was spacious for 4 people. Well equipped and the air con was a bonus as the weather was hot during our stay. The location of the apartment was excellent, short distance to both the sea front and the old town which we loved. Nice bakery next door for morning pastries!

Fabulous apartment in a great location with great amenities. The host is super attentive and helpful. The apartment is spotless clean. I would 100% stay here again and could not recommend the apartment or the host more highly. 10/10 on all fronts!

A very enjoyable stay, swimming, relaxing, shopping and eating!

Great location, close to everything. Very clean and tidy. The pool in the garden was very enjoyable. The hosts were very helpful and even recommended delicious places to get dinner. Well equipped with everything needed (towels, coffee, etc)

Great stay in Marbella

I would highly recommend this apartment if you are coming to Marbella. The location is very good it's on a residential street but only 5 to 10 min walk max from both the beach waterfront area with plenty of bars and restaurants and also the old town. Big supermarket is very close aswell. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything that you need. Could not fault anything at all. Rafael is very accommodating to check in and check out times when possible. Our flight was delayed late the night we arrived and he was there waiting for us when we arrived to check in. We stayed here in May 2022. Will be back if ever coming to Marbella again.

Absolutely amazing apartment in a perfect location in Marbella!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Las Flores! Rafael kept in touch with us prior to arrival and then met us at the apartment with the keys, all completely hassle free! The apartment was even nicer than the website pictures and Rafael was really helpful and explained how everything worked. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, had great air conditioning and everything felt very homely and comfortable. Both bedrooms were spacious and having two bathrooms was a great asset. The kitchen was fully equipped and the living/dining area was lovely. The balcony was in a great position overlooking the beautifully kept garden and swimming pool and was really peaceful. The apartment's location was perfect as well, situated on a quiet road, 5 minutes to the beautiful old town with a further 5 minutes to the new part of town and the gorgeous beach. Rafael also allowed us to stay in the apartment until our airport taxi arrived at 2.30pm on departure day, which was very kind and much appreciated. We can only find positive things to say about Las Flores and want to thank Rafael and Maria for a wonderful holiday. Can't wait to return! x

Nothing! Maybe just slightly the point other travellers made about sun loungers for the pool area - These would have been nice but we understand that as it's mostly Spanish residents, they just bring their chairs down from their own apartments. We loved the pool area and were quite happy to bring towels down and sit on the grass.
