Not what we had expected.

Location in the centre of town

Musty smell. Lack of PowerPoints in bathroom and bedroom. Small bed. TV didn’t work. Access codes didn’t match the emailed instructions. Bedroom cut airdrop was filthy.

very uncomfortable double bed. confusing entry instructions- key code is wrong. upstairs key safe not used. No instructions re turning on TV- so had to ring and message next day. Wi-Fi code on instructions needs updating

Very enjoyable!

Location was superb, just one minute walk from all the pubs and restaurants. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, I loved it. We were there on a heavy snow day and the place was warm, the heating and hot water works very efficiently. The place is modernised, all amenities available.

Overall we were very happy and I don't have any negative impressions at all. If I really had to nitpick I would say that a curtain for the upstairs door could be an optional added bonus as it was entirely glass (no one has entry to the building though, it is just you, so not necessarily a security or privacy concern).

this is a must stay!

the apartment was great. it is located right in town., above a church. it was spotless, the heaters worked. all four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. they even had a bottle of wine for on the kitchen counter. the price was great!

we could not get the door open. that was solved within ten minutes after we arrived.

Not a good value for money.

location very central but it was not very clear in the description that it was in the same grounds as a church.

Furnishing poor. Bed old fashioned and high. No wardrobes in bedrooms. Not adequate dishes in kitchen if one wanted to use dishwasher.

Hassle free check in, very clean and sited in the heart of the town.

Everything was great, could have been doing with an extra set of keys though.

Fantastic apartment, great location, parking space right in front of the main door. The nearest supermarket just 200 meters away: we always had dinner at home (superlative kitchen). Heating functioning perfectly. Sadly we stayed here only three nights...

Excellent Apartment & Good Location

Nice apartment which nicely decorated and furnished . Good location just off the square. Everything you needed in the apartment - homely.

Instructions for heating would be helpful as sometimes needed to boost the heating and would have been helpful to understand how to set for a short period of time. Helpful if there was a recycling box in kitchen as a lot of paper, bottles and cardboard put in with the general rubbish. A couple of little issues - dishwasher needs some salt and click in kitchen needs a new battery as click stopped.

Couldn’t have hoped for a better place to stay in the center of Portree

So unique and so beautiful being inside a church, yet super spacious, modern and clean! Location is perfect, so extremely convenient! Having the washer and dryer is also a HUGE plus!

Comfortable appartment in the city of Portree (except the beds), not enaugh restaurants for dinner..

The appartman is very comfortable, well equiped, and it was a funy supprise for us, that the apartmant is a part of an old church. It is situated in the citycenter, close to some restauant too.

The bed was too soft, very fluffy, so it was not comfortable for us. It Portree, and also in the Skye island very dificult to find free table in the restaurants for dinner. You must book a table a day before, but in many restaurants not possible to book table, so the only way to eat, if you wait 60-90 minutes in the street, in front of the restaurants, for free table (see the attached photo). We never meet this problem in other places of Europe. It was realy serious dificulties during our trip (to find our dinner possibilities)

Lovely apartment

The apartment was beautifully furnished, very comfortable and clean. The facilities are excellent, kitchen has a dishwasher and tea/coffee facilities and a smart tv with plenty of channels. Very central right next to the main square in Portree and good value for money.

Only complaint is that 2 of us both cut our finger on the lock in the bathroom and had to be very careful with it

Excellent location

Clean -up to date apartment. Central location and fairly well equipped. Large bedrooms and lounge- just the job.

Great little find!

The interior

The exterior was covered in scaffolding and it was very difficult to open the main door and actually access the property.

Exceptional

The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and crockery and had tea, coffee and condiments available. Bathroom big and spacious and toiletries and towels provided. Was very clean and location was perfect. A small glitch at the very start was quickly sorted by Ben who was at the end of the phone and came to see us within 5 minutes of calling. Couldn’t fault anything.

The perfect location to explore Skye

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is well furnished and has a lovely homely feel. The location is great with views onto the town square. I would recommend this apartment and definitely book it again on my next visit to Skye.

There were no wardrobes for hanging clothes. Similar to previous reviews the clear glass entrance door is a bit off putting at first. To give you a feeling of privacy I would suggest a voile/net curtain is put on the door.

The location, so close to the centre of Portree, was excellent. The apartment is very well equipped. The bed is extremely comfortable.

Fabulous break in a fabulous apartment

Location perfect despite no view of hills or water the ease to main areas to walk for food and local walks was fantastic. Flat immaculate and a hone from home. Perfect.

Windows were old and drafty which made flat very cold if heating off and a little noisy.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Portree

Cosy and perfectly furnished the apartment is fully equipped with everything is needed for a perfect stay. We found it perfectly clean and with disposables for washing machine and dishwasher. WiFi working perfectly.

The mattress of the master bedroom was a bit too soft

Exceptional

It was so nice to have a little home to come home to after a long day of sightseeing. There's a good little grocery store a block away, and the apartment's kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook. The place is exceedingly comfortable for a family of four.
