padrona di casa molto disponibile, simpatica e gentile, struttura dotata di ogni comodità e soprattutto pulitissima, dettagli curati e colazione varia, abbondante e, se manca qualcosa, viene immediatamente fornita. lo consiglio

non credo di avere nessun suggerimento visto che siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti

Una notte a Montesilvano

B&B molto accogliente, in una posizione non caotica ma strategica a due passi dal lungomare, con diverse camere a disposizione nella struttura. La signora Anna, proprietaria del B&B, è stata molto disponibile. La camera doppia era molto accogliente,spaziosa e pulita. La colazione era ottima. Se dovessi capitare in zona ci ritornerò.

Se tornassi a Montesilvano, citornerei sicuramente

La colazione era abbondante, ricca di proposte genuine ed era servita in una stanza vivace e luminosa. La Sig. ra Anna, venendo a conoscenza delle mie intolleranze, mi ha scrupolosamente informata sui contenuti della colazione proposta e ha provveduto delle opzioni per me accessibili che ho gradito moltissimo. Quella attenzione è stato il modo migliore per iniziare la giornata. Inoltre ho avuto a disposizione una bicicletta munita di lucchetto per tutto il tempo del mio soggiorno. Il B&B è tenuto benissimo, pulito e confortevole, docce spaziose!

Our host was prompt to arrive and very welcoming. Our room called Florida was very spacious, clean and bright. Small balcony with table and chairs looked over the street, which was fairly quiet. The beach was at the end of the street! Not a lot was open yet as the tourist season hasn't quite started. Breakfast was delicious with a vast selection. Parking was available on the street and we got lucky with a spot. I saw bicycles locked on the front porch but did not ask if they were available for patron's use.

Big nice room, very modern bathroom, everything decorated nicely and clean, good air conditioning. good breakfast. The host nice and helpful. We were bitten by mosquitos. She installed the windows net in our room.

The property is not 'beachfront ". It is 4/5 minutes walk down the street ( it wasn't a problem for us).The parking is in the street if you are lucky to find a space. When you have breakfast you are asked what you want and everything is put on a plate by the host. Some people can take it as intimidating.

Excellent location in Montesilvano

Anna is a perfect Host of a classic B&B - The room is perfect, addressing all the details needed. The arrangement of the beds for my family was excellent, and the room overall was exceeding expectations. The bath is brand new and very well equipped. The room is located in a very quiet area very close to the beaches. Anna also gave us useful info on restaurant and location to go and sit.

Rang the bell for ages and ages, eventually had to phone to get host to come and let us in.

Clean, pretty and a great price

Comfortable rooms, big apartment, very clean and breakfast included in the price. Pescara is a short bus ride away, we also traveled to Rome for the day which was easy. Friendly host .

Anna is an amazing host, very helpful and lovely! The room was spacious, clean, simple but cosy and decorated with a good taste. Bed comfortable, big bathroom and balcony. It's great you can use bikes as you can bike everywhere. 3-4 minutes walk to the beach. Breakfast good with a choice of italian cookies. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The appartment is freshly renovated. It is spacious and very clean. It is located just a few steps from the seaside. The host in great, she is very nice, helpful and prepares good coffee in the morning.

Anna is a great owner. Takes care of everything. The rooms are very clean, cleaned every 2 days. The beach is very close. The breakfasts are prepared by Anne in an Italian or American style, all fresh and delicious.

The property is newly renovated, very nicely kept and exceptionally clean. Anna is a superb host, is passionate about her business and makes guests welcome.

It was very clean, everything almost new. Anna informed us about everything, she was very very friendly.

Nice place, staff was cold.

Great place. Great location. Nice rooms. Good breakfast and coffee. Comfortable bed. Very dark rooms with shutters closed so great for sleeping!

The staff was cold, and not very friendly. While eating breakfast was standing over us but then when we asked for something felt like we were bothering her. Sorry, but service should come with a smile. Even check in seemed a little unfriendly. Also walls are a little thin and can hear neighbors yelling.
