Very good
1. On the slope. Really. 2. Dishwasher + tablets. 3. Filter coffee maker. 4. View 5. Clean 6. Washing machine with powder 7. Bus station near 8. Separated very small bedroom with only double bed. No space for anything else. 9. Very big sofa in the living room, for 2 people to sleep on it
There is NO WI FI!!!!! It is unbelievable. 1. It is not for 6 people, max.for 4. There is a double-decker bed in the hall 30 cm away from the front door. A) there is no heating in the hall + b) it blows very much from the front door. It is impossible to sleep there. Luckily, we were 3 people. 2. The toilet lock was broken. 3. No filters for coffee maker 4. Only 1 mirror in the bathroom 5. Very few plugs 6. Ski-locker is very small, and it is not warm. It is for 2-3 ski/snowboards, and it is only a wooden box outside 6. The elevator goes only between the 2nd and 6th floors. From 0 floor to 2nd you need to take the stairs with your luggage 7. The supermarket is 10-12 min walk down the hill 8. Super small tra cups 9. There was garbage on the balcony from previous guests

Disappointing Management, Good location
The location is amazing and as advertised, it you can really ski out from the property. However, it's a RED trail (but more Blue) so less experienced skiers will find it a challenge to ski down to the Praz lift. The space is very cozy and clean.
Unfortunately, I have a number of complaints: To start, I had emailed the property management a week before my arrival to inform them that we'd be arriving after 9pm due to our flights. There is no one on staff at the location and they don't have a 24 hour service. They didn't provide me with a code for their lock box so after arriving at 11pm we had no alternative but to try to find booking which was 50 miles away. (Ho36 in La Plagne, which was great). The next day the staff was apologetic but didn't really go out of their way to try to fix the problem. Once we got into the room we found that there was no Wifi and that towels are not provided. Despite their earlier screw up they required us to pay €7 per person for towels. There was half a roll of toilet paper and despite there being beds for 6 there were not enough bedding and some of the provided bedding was moldy. The TV didn't work and there is no shower. There is hand held shower head that lays in the tub. There wasn't really any instructions for the room/property and we had to figure a lot out for ourselves. I can understand at times what could be American expectations vs European but this wasn't one of those times. The property management has to do better at communication and has to try harder to met expectations of clients. I loved the location but wouldn't stay here again.

This is more a airbnb type setup than a "Hotel". Not Bad.... Good Ski area
The ski area is great, when we where there it wasn't to busy and quite easy to get around all the valleys. Pistes are probably not as pristinely prepared daily like some Austrian resorts, but overall a great place to ski ....
For a first time visitor to the property, finding reception was not simple. The property sits on the side of a hill and we where dropped at the bottom end. After scouting up the hill we found a reception area half way up and then proceeded to carry our 125kg of baggage up stairs and snowy and icy pathways cut in the snow. So, we then sat at reception for a couple of hours waiting for it to open, and no staff appeared by the time mentioned in it would open in the booking (5pm).At around 5:30 pm we called all the numbers we could find, eventually tracing a representative, who gave us the combination to a small safe on the wall to get our key. Room turned out to be on the top level, so we once again lugged all our bags up the rest of the hill. Not a great experience after travelling most of the day to get there. During the duration of our stay we never saw the reception open once, or for that matter any staff members at all. Not 1. Had to find our own way around the building and figure out where the allocated locker was, how the bus worked etc... Fortunately we are seasoned travellers, so managed ok. Basically you are left to your own devices to figure out everything, so more of an airbnb setup than a hotel. With no host around ! We where 3 people in a "6" sleeper. I would not want to actually try stay there longer than a few days with 6 adults, No boot drying facilities, and the locker would not hold 6 peoples full gear. Not easy access to ski lifts, have to walk about 15 mins in ski boots, and the hill is a hill. There is a shuttle bus that runs a couple of times a day that stops at both the top and bottom ends of the accommodation, so that is useful if you time it right. Can ski in and out if enough snow, and you are not a beginner. Maeva - All emails in french - not helpful for non French customers, specially when understanding that there are additional taxes to be paid over and above the booking.com rate quoted. Really not a great experience with them.
