Muffa e umido

Il personale gentilissimo è disponibile, presente all’ingresso del complesso La possibilità di sentirsi in chat con lo staff, molto comodo L’esterno dell’appartamento con una bella zona ampia attorno alla piscina con tavoli e sdraio

L’odore della stanza! Si sentiva odore di vecchio e umido, con un tentativo di coprirlo con il profumo del bagno. La parete del letto era PIENA di umido e di muffa!!! Invivibile! Noi ci abbiamo passato una sola notte e ok, ma è al limite del sano, nessuno dovrebbe dormire in una stanza piena di muffa! Posizione assolutamente scomoda, distante dal centro e con una strada da percorrere tutta al buio senza illuminazione

Ok per una notte

Soggiorno che va bene per una notte in attesa del traghetto per le Gili. La stanza è spaziosa ma non molto pulita. Carino il servizio in camera per la cena organizzato dalla staff in collaborazione con un ristorante vicino.

Il bagno non era pulito e l'acqua dalla doccia non scorreva bene. Non essendoci il piatto doccia abbiamo allagato tutto il bagno che si è asciugato con estrema fatica. In camera abbiamo trovato molti insetti (geco/ verme/ mosche e zanzare). La posizione non è molto comoda, va bene per una notte sola usufruendo del servizio cena in camera. Diversamente è difficile spostarsi.

Nuit agréable.

Hôtel calme avec chambre très bien équipée. Nous avions la suite, chambre et salle de bain très grande avec climatisation. Le lit était confortable. Le frigo était rempli de boissons au choix (en supplément bien sûr). Le personnel était agréable et arrangeant qui nous a proposé des tickets directement accessibles à l'hôtel avec le transfert.

Les quelques points faibles que je pourrais relever seraient le fait qu'il manque une petite table et deux chaises à l'extérieur, nous sommes fumeurs et nous avions pas de quoi s'asseoir dehors, mais c'est un avis personnel. Deuxièmement, avant d'arriver, j'ai reçu un message de la part de l'hôtel concernant les tickets pour le ferry, annonçant un prix de 400 000 IDR par personne et par voyage pour se rendre aux îles Gili, ce qui était vraiment convenable. Néanmoins, arrivés sur place lorsque nous avons demandé à réserver ces tickets, trois personnes sont venus avec des prix différents... Pour enfin avoir un monsieur qui nous demande une somme de plus de 2 000 000 IDR pour juste un aller retour pour Gili + le prix du transfert. Au final, en l'espace de 10 minutes un autre monsieur est venu pour au final nous dire que le prix était bien de 400 000 IDR par personne et que les prix augmentaient et baissaient constamment.Nous avons finalement payé 2 000 000 IDR, pour aller retour à Gili et un trajet pour Nusa Lembongan, transfert compris. Je pense qu'il y a un manque de communication, mais rien de bien méchant. Petit déjeuner bon mais simple.

The staff were very friendly and pleasant. They made sure their guests are catered to.

The bathroom may have a bit of plumbing problems. The bidet had some leakage, smelled a little after flushing and the water is rather salty.

Lovely staff - nice pool - handy to beach and town - great little restaurant along the road looking over the jungle.

Beautiful villa, friendly helpful staff. Great value!

friendly happy staff, the pool area is so awesome and beautiful & we were very well taken care of during our short stay!

only small problem we had, the smell of sewer kept coming from our shower drain so had to keep it covered when not in use. Also, wild dogs lived in the abandoned property adjacent to them, they bark and fight most of the night so it’s a bit hard to sleep unless you have earplugs but this isn’t the owners fault at all. overall very minor problems, we would definitely come again!

Nice place for a night

Verry friendly people that welcomed us, the staff is verry friendly. The room is big but basic. It has a hard bed, but not to hard. Has fresh water and a big shower.

We booked a boot to gili meno from there but the boat doesn't go to gili meno but they never mentioned this. Most of the boats go to gilli T and there you have to take another boat for 250k. There is still one boat going to Gili Meno if you need to go there.

We had an amazing stay at the beautiful Villa Suari and I couldn’t recommend it more :-)

The villa was huge and absolutely beautiful, inside and out. The view from the villa was also breathtaking and there is a lovely swimming pool too. Honestly, this is the nicest villa I think I have ever stayed in, I couldn’t recommend it more for a big (or small) group. I wish we could have stayed for longer 😊 A huge thanks to Poppy and the team at Villa Suari for looking after us so well and for the delicious breakfast. We were welcomed from the moment we arrived. Thanks for your kindness and all the best for the future, we hope to be back one day 😀

I love this place. The upstairs accom has two rooms, a glass lounge room with amazing views and a very spacious bedroom and seperate big bathroom. The staff are very friendly and the place is spotlessly clean.

great location in between two lovely beaches. the Blue lagoon is calmer.

great location in the country away from the busy port. we enjoyed meeting the local community.

There was mould on the wall. breakfast was a bit small.

The staff here were so lovely and accommodating. We had to leave early the next morning and they were more than happy to provide us with an early breakfast. We had the opportunity to speak with the owner of the villa during our stay and the owner was so lovely and accommodating and made us feel very welcomed to the villa.

The villa (a separate room with a corridor) is definitely not up to the price. There was not even drinking water. There was no hair dryer, the water pressure in the shower was very low, the bathroom floor was dirty. There is no duvet cover, which is very confusing. The air conditioning is directed directly to the headboard and cannot be used at night. The cleanliness of the whole villa is questionable ... there is a lot of mold. Breakfast is average.

Breakfast was perfect, wide choice of fruits. Nice staff. Villa is a few minutes walk to Padangbai.

I am a little bit disappointed by the location. Side street but too noisy. In particular, our room had no leading window - we were touched with nature but not good for sleep :)
