Arrivati il codice non funzionava ho chiamato host che ha risposto subito e tesettayo il codice di accesso

Appartamento centrale carino piccolino arredato modernamente , adatto ad una coppia non ad una famiglia , zona pranzo piccolissima con sgabelli un po’ scomodi. Posizione centralissima

Poco pulito, manca una lavastoviglie il bagno è al piano terra i letti sul soppalco Andrebbe specificato che non si arriva alla struttura in macchina ma bisogna fare 200 mt a piedi con valigie.

Da wir die Unterkunft kennen und sie erneut gewählt haben und wieder wählen würden: super!

Wir kannten die Unterkunft bereits von unserem Aufenthalt vor 1 Jahr. Wir haben sie erneut gewählt weil sie zentral in Orléans liegt, die Abwicklung des Aufenthaltes vollkommen unkompliziert ist und wir keine großen Komfort, sondern ein Bett und ein sauberes Bad wünschen. Wir haben die Küche nicht genutzt, haben Frühstück in der Umgebung genossen und waren abends entweder im Restaurant oder bei Freunden in Orléans. Preis/Leistung ist super. Das Auto ist gut geschützt in einer Tiefgarage in der Umgebung, nicht weit von der Wohnung entfernt.

Wie in allen Städten kann es abends laut sein, uns hat das absolut nicht gestört. Wir wollten zentral in der Altstadt sein.

Court séjour agréable. Confort minimum.

La literie relativement confortable et le lit était fait. Essuies de toilette en suffisance pour 2 nuits.

Manque d'aération dans la salle de bain. Forte odeur dans le hall d'entrée. Situation bruyante.

Was dusty, stairs and room upstairs were not cleaned but hostess was lovely and got her cleaners to clean the rooms very fast after my phone call. Living room quite small for a family of 5.

Fantastic option to visit Orleans

Very cozy apartment, in the middle of the city, with lot of turistic areas on walking distance . Good variety of restaurants un the same street and around. Easy parking area nearby at a fair price. Games available on the corridor was a plus.

A comfortable bolt-hole right in the heart of "old" Orleans!

Great location, right in the heart of the city centre, 1 minute from a wide selection of Bars and Restaurants, 5 minutes from the shops, in a pedestrianised area just 3 minutes from a cheap multi-storey car park. The apartment is compact, but perfect for a 1-3 night stop, with nice beds and a large clean shower.

Great location

The location in the city Center is great. Parking is absolutely banned near it so if you have a park, there is a public car park 100 metres from the house. If you park from 19:00 to 7:00 a.m, the fee is 3 euros. Everything is within walking distance as the city is not very big. Our apartment was on the first floor of a historical building, a renewed Medieval 16th century house. It has no elevator, so it is not proper for a person with mobility disabilities. Once you get to the apartment, the kitchenette ( with a cooker, a fridge but no dishwasher) and a sofa are on the first floor and there are some stairs leading to the bedroom, which is very spacious for a double bed and 2 singles. They left us some coffee capsules for the Nespresso coffee maker, which we appreciated a lot.

The kitchenette and living room area is too small for 4 adults.

Another great stay at AuVerger!

It was my second time staying at AuVerger and I can only recommend it; Very central, clean and organised room. All the necessary information for check-in and check-out was clear and available well in advance. You are going to be only a few steps away from many restaurants and pubs in the city.

Nothing disappointing about this location, just be aware that because it is so central you may still hear some music/noises from the pubs outside at night. This wouldn't prevent me from staying there again though.

Great apartment to stay in Orléans

The apartment is in a renovated old building in the heart of the city. It was clean and beautifully organised. Valérie was also very nice and flexible with my early arrival time. Great choice to stay in Orléans!

There was actually nothing bad about the apartment itself. Only the neighbours upstairs were loud until very late in the night.

Location: Very cute apartment with a vue on a garden. Quiet but minutes away from the busy old town center restaurants.

No breakfast available: There were Nespresso coffee and tea bags but no sugar nor milk or creamer.

Perfectly situated apartment.

We had a short but lovely stay at Au Verger. Check in was seamless and the apartment was perfect for our family of four. Very clean. Comfy beds. Parking for a while day was €18 in a parking garage about 3 mins walk.

Location is the best that you can have. Near a lot of restaurants.

I thought that it's an apart hotel with a hotel reception, if need for different reason someone who can give solutions quickly. All the interactions are by messages. Sometimes it's less inconvenient.

Great location in the old town. Clean and quiet and altbough the kitchen was small it was well equipped.

Awkward stairs between the living area, bathroom and the mezzanine bedroom. Would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

we only had one night in Orlean but what a lovely city, the apartment is perfectly situated to be able to explore

the location was great, we parked in the underground car park which was approximately 5 minutes walk from the property

the photos on booking.com seem to show the interior of all the apartments so some photos aren’t of the property which is slightly deceiving. we had a child with special needs with us and the stairs up the main bedroom are very step and narrow

Location was right in the heart so if you are after restaurant and bar culture this place is great. It was clean, but kind of the bare minimum for an air bnb. Add up to 18€ per day parking if you are driving. The coded entrance is a good system.

Photos are of all the different rooms on the main page. This was a little misleading as the bigger rooms photos are mixed with the smaller rooms with no indication which is which until you click through to room selection. Suggest adding names on photos for clarity. It is noisy. The windows are pretty good at blocking the noise but with no air-conditioning if it is hot then the room heats up. Have to chose between crazy loud or crazy hot. Had to make the bed top sheet ourselves.

- the second floor in the apartment with the beds is quite low-rise and the carpeted floor a bit shabby - the lower floor with kitchen is a bit uncomfortable (especially the couch), which doesn’t invite to relax

Great location and efficiently organized studio. The check-in process was very easy and convenient.

The phonic isolation seems insufficient, I could hear the activities from down on the street, from the common stairs, and the fridge was making alot of noise.

It's an okay room, it's nothing special. Quite small, and well located in the centre. So why charge a 500 euro deposit? It seems pointless.

You have to pay a 500 euro deposit for what is a very standard apartment room. The staff were rude and disrespectful when taking the deposit, and they still haven't refunded it yet and its been 4 days since I stayed there.

Disappointing

- 4 beds in one room - ceiling of the bedroom too low to stand up. - the advert states there is no parking associated with the lodging… in reality the old city center is inaccessible for traffic. Should be avoided by families travelling back from summer holidays.
