Tiny but perfect apartment in best possible location.

Instructions in advance with no trouble following. Hana was very prompt in giving us even more information when required too. The location could not be faulted. Close to everything in wonderful neighbourhood. Well equipped although never did crack the drier!

There was some sort of leak in the bathroom/laundry which wasn't fixed.

There was no hard copy of information to lock the door, use the washing machine, adjust the heating etc... We had to contact the host several times via the app on the afternoon of arrival. They responded quickly but I would prefer to have accessed a folder with an English and French language option with instructions for utilities.There was a pull out sofa bed but n o extra doona or pillows. The beds were comfortable enough. The shower floor was mouldy. The location was fantastic but the windows were clouded glass bricks so the overall vibe was cave like. Wouldn't stay again.

Perfect spot to see central Paris!

Excellent location- Close to restaurants, tourist sites, and public transportation. Property had all necessities if needed (stove, small fridge, and washing machine). Easy access and secure location.

Not that Classy

Excellent location. Close to the River Seine, tourist attractions, restaurants.

Very small bathroom, kitchen utensils inadequate, heater did not work.

The communication before the stay was fast and very nice - the Bed and kitchen would be nice for two people who come to Paris to stay out late and have a room in the center with everything they need.

The room is literally part of the hallway. So everyone who needs to go to the back of the building is walking by the only window and if it is hot and you have it open - looks right at you - no matter where you are in the apartment. Also it’s very loud at night if you have a window open - we did wake up from everyone who came into the building. There is an air-outlet that can’t be closed and there where people sitting right in front of it who talked and smoked through the night. Which we Heard- and smelled as if they were sitting in our room. That being sad- if you don’t mind because you have no kids and go out late yourself - it’s probably a good place because it’s well equipped and at a good spot

Fabulous location, great host, would stay again.

Fabulous location. Nice little restaurants close by. Close to train stations. Close to supermarket. Host was excellent to deal with.

Overall an extremely small space. No where to put 2 extra large suitcases. Key lock on door needs replacing, very fiddly to lock and you need some patience for it. All of this would not stop me from staying again.

Great location!

The 2 bedroom apartment was very comfortable and spacious for 4. It is located near Roman Forum and close to many things including really good restaurants. We loved our stay there.

I think the word classy should be taken out because it is definitely not.

The location was very good and a well appointed kitchen.

The fact that there is no natural light, no fresh air and no privacy as is located next to walkway to court yard of the building. Also no space to put anything old wardrobe full of stuff etc

I would remove "Classy" from the Description.

Location was Perfect and the Host was very helpful.

The Studio is too small even for Two People, Literally had no place to put our luggage but in the middle of the Floor. The Bathroom Lights are very bad and offer little lighting. Very little room to sit on the toilette because the Washing Machine is under the bathroom sink. Towels are low quality.

Excellent location, compact apartment in good condition, needs further improvement.

Excellent location, we could explore most of the city via walking starting the day from the accommodation. Nice neighbourhood, lots of bars, restaurants, shops nearby, also metro station, public transport access. The studio is compact, cater for your needs for a short stay. The host was helpful and quick to respond.

No natural light, there are holes in the window structure so you can smell people smoking on the corridor (plus hear them quite clearly). As the apartment is located on a corridor, with windows and "smoked glass" windows on all sides you can see the lights turning on when people are moving on the passage next to the apartment and spite of the curtains it still illuminates the whole room. The bed was comfortable but short, my legs were hanging in the air though I'm not particularly tall (6ft). Although there is a hefty charge for cleaning we found the apartment very dusty, it was clearly not vacuumed prior to our arrival. It's not stated in the description but a couple of days prior to our arrival we were notified that we have to enable a 3rd party company to put safety deposit on our card. This should be in the terms prior to booking.

very complete studio, washer n dryer works well. enough kitchen utensil for cooking. just in front of franpix and few market. walking distance to cathedrale of notre dame. nearest metro is odeon and also st michel notre dame

awesome location!!

The location is fabulous! There is a market in front of the apartment , is almost on st germain avenue. The owner was very attentive with me!

the shower drain is narrow , so the shower's water up to the box.

Great location, comfortable for a couple

Great location, comfortable bed, good shower, kitchen equipped for simple cooking, washer/dryer worked well

Could have been cleaned better and could smell smoke from people in corridor smoking

It was very well situated close to Notre Dam , Louvre, metro Bus It has a washing machine

It was very small. The bathroom very small I had to buy my own sope for hands and body , forgot it The TV didn’t work last day I contacted the owner with no responds

Marco explained everything when we got there. & he has left some fruits, wine & water. He also provided coffee & tea which we didn't have to buy like a vn other apartment we stayed at.
