Logement situé hyper centre et bon rapport qualité/prix

Le logement est sécurisé et situé en hyper centre

Le logement est grand mais l'insonorisation est à revoir . Quelques soucis de mauvaises odeurs par moments dans la salle de bain. Il manquait des torchons .

A pleasant, clean and well-located flat, but a bit spoilt by having thin walls.

This is a very pleasant flat, with most of the comforts one could need for a short stay. It is in a pleasant part of the old town, with all the necessary shops, services and bars close by. There is a lift from the ground floor to the apartment. The hosts very efficient and are obviously keen to help with everything, and to try to ensure that your stay is excellent. However, it is important to be aware that the walls between these apartments are very thin and that sleep can be disrupted by noises from neighbours.

Apartamento bien situado, NO HAY DESAYUNO INCLUIDO

Emplazamiento bueno, cerca del centro. Facilidad para recuperar la llaves llegando tarde. Limpieza correcta.

En el anuncio aparece que el desayuno está incluido y no es cierto, anfitrión avisado pero dice no estar al corriente de esta información. Tardaban a la hora de responder a nuestras preguntas y como no es siempre el mismo interlocutor la comunicación no es siempre fácil. Estaría bien dejar dos trapos de cocina para poder secar las manos y los platos y alguna toalla más para el pelo y el lavabo. El aislamiento sonoro no es muy bueno pero no nos impidió dormir.

Bien si vas de paso.

Lo mejor la ubicación y que había bastante menaje (aunque alguno estaba sucio...).

Un poco impersonal la atención, aunque nunca faltó. Como le comentamos, encontramos chinches en una de las camas, aunque nos dijeron que realizan limpieza y desinfección. El sofá tiene una mantita, pero debajo de ella está sucísimo y con cercos de porquería anterior en la tapicería. Sólo dejaron una toalla de ducha para cada persona, nada de toallas de lavabo. Tener que dejar el apartamento a las 11, nos pareció temprano.

La ubicación muy buena

Chinches!! Por dios que noche más horrible, no entiendo como a estas alturas siguen pasando estas cosas y encima en un apartamento nada barato. Encima la que nos atendió llevaba unos aires de chulería horribles.

Centrally located for exploring Seville

Good central location for exploring the old town. Easy communication with hosts (though in Spanish)

Could hear neighbours in other apartments. Faint sewery smell from bathroom. Many keys and locks to get to the actual apartment.

The location, the apartment itself, great cafeteria nearby

We paid for breakfast which wasn't included. When we tried to discuss it with the owner, it was impossible. What's more, he spoke only Spanish. Luckily, one of us can speak Spanish 🙂

(Dirty) Profit over hospitality - stay here only if you have no other option

In a good location a lot of places can be reached by walking quickly.

The most unfriendly hosts I encoundeted on booking by far. They requested a copy of our ID in advance. I answered them that I do not want to send this info via internet due to security reasons but we're more than happy to show them our ID once we arrive. They answered: 'OK'. Still, one day before our arrival - so really we felt cornered - they insisted that I sent them the copy of our ID. Not a fair move. The comminucation before our arrival was frustrating. Asking questions that we answered before, answering a question twice. We recieved contacts to 4 people, they not communicating with each other - probably that was the reason behind that. Though cleaning the apartment was included in the price, they 'threatened' us with an extra 75 EUR cleaning charge if we don't take out the trash / do not leave behind clean and dry(!) dishes / do not throw the used towels into the shower cabin. Nonsense. Last but not least we found dust on some places and dirty dishes as well. Just check the photos.
