Hôtel à réserver à Douala

L'hôtel est dans un standard international et comprend tous les services

le fait de faire une réservation pour deux et d'apprendre que le petit déjeuner compris était pour une seule personne et devoir payer 10 000 FCFA par jour pour le petite déjeuner de ma fille alors que ca devait être compris

Contento pero deben tomar nota

Me encanta la habitación aunque deben de mejorar las instalaciones del gimnasio y meter más servicios en la terraza como shishas

El gym malísimo y que vi unas pocas cucarachas , recomiendo dar mejor mantenimiento al hotel me encanta pero deben de dar más mantenimiento cómo también pintar las paredes de las habitaciones

Expensive for what it was.

It was clean and conveniently located.

Cheap furniture, cheap build. Staff unimpressive, they didn’t come to pick me up at the airport even though I filled out required information, which can be complicated when going to a country you’re not familiar with.

Plutôt bien dans l'ensemble. Je reviendrai SSI vous résolvez le problème de WiFi.

Chambre simple mais agréable et fonctionnelle. Literie confortable. Petits-déjeuners et dîners en mode buffet, plutôt bien fournis ; simples mais acceptables.

WIFI VRAIMENT NUUUUL !!!!! Impossible de travailler ! Apparemment c'est un problème récurrent chez vous. Qu'attendez-vous pour arranger le problème ??!! J'aurais aimé une cuisine un peu plus élaborée.

Une femme au restaurant qui est venue me dire que j’allais payer deux repas par ce que j’étais avec ma compagne alors que j’avais régler depuis l’application elle m’a pris pour quelqu’un qui n’était pas capable de payer juste à cause de mon accoutrement

Friendly and helpful staff & great facilities!

The hotel shuttle driver waited for me outside the airport for hours in the middle of the night after my luggage was lost and I had no internet to communicate about my delayed timing–total lifesaver! Staff also arranged for an early check-in on my return & overall the hotel was great.

Great stay in Douala thanks to Onomo Hotel

Onomo Hotel is located in one of the nicest locations in Douala called Bonanjo. The area of the hotel is safe and easily accessible. There is a gym and a swimmingpool. The room is lovely with a great design. The breakfast is good and the staff is professional and welcoming.

Nothing bad to say this is an excellent hotel to stay in Douala, I surely encourage you to book it for your next trip.

Rooms are very well laid out. My room this time (506) had a loose soap dispenser that came off the wall but I stuck it back up. Will probably come off again. I forgot to tell the staff in my hurry to catch the shuttle. The airport shuttle is wonderful, and the buffet is always good. This is my second stay. I needed a hotel in Casablanca for a one-night layover and booked the Onomo there also. It has matched the standard of Onomo Douala. Thank you management for bringing a consistent vision to your hotel chain. All staff are always friendly and helpful.

The room we were given was a bed sit (sleeping zone with a wash hand basin wash fitted against doors into shower & toilet forcing guests to live with odor from toilet… all of this separates by a waist high multipurpose divider/storage unit/wardrobe/safe area etc … with a TV screen so small, we all decided not to use it. When we complained to the staff at reception about our dissatisfaction with the lack of comfort/ inconveniencing layout of our room, we were told all room at the hotel have the same design. Having been guests at several hotels for less than what we paid, we conclude that this is NOT what we expected in Douala at +160.000 cfa described as a standard bedroom for 2 guests.

I would not recommend Onomo

There were cocroaches in the window curtain of my room (213). I had to change room and in the new room (217), there was no fridge. Unfortunately, this is my second experience in an Onomo Hotel after 2018 experience in Libreville. (cocroaches, uncomfortable bed, very bad food) Their cleaning system has to be reviewed....
