Excelente espacio, limpio y organizado. El personal atento y con muy buena disposición. Sin duda el espacio exterior compartido lo disfrutaría mucho más en temporada de verano. Muy confiable, volvería!!

Es un hostel muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía corta. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Esta cerca de la playa y el patio en común está muy lindo

Las instalaciones impecables, los voluntarios unos copados bárbaros, Remo el dueño del hostel, un crack total. Me encantó que cuente con un bar, mesa de pool y varias duchas

uruguay is fu**ed up with the high prices for average facilities and average restaurants.

I stayed in room 2, double room private bathroom. The bed is big and comfy. Staff are nice and friendly (the brazilian guys). The location is quiet, calm, lots of parking space on the street, but it’s far away from everything, so having wheels is highly recommended.

the lack of hot water is a MAJOR problem during the winter where temperatures are close to 0°C. I couldn’t use the room’s private shower cause the water was warm-cold. I had to use shared showers and even there the water was only WARM. The shared shower rooms don’t have hooks to hang your towel or clothes. Also, the room doesn’t have heater nor air conditioning.

Nothing,. It was a mistake to book. Too remote among high-rise buildings to the north. No shops or restaurants, just a tiny kiosk, if you can find it.

BEWARE! Too late I realised it's a PARTY Hostel. TINY rooms situated off the bar. Close to midnight I got up to ask about turning down the loud throbbing music. The American told me I should have booked a hotel if I wanted to sleep!! Though he called me SIR with every sentence he still managed to slip in personal insults. Only saw 3 other guests among the shrieking members of the staff and friends, all foreigners.

Good size dorm, comfy mattress, own light and power outlet in the bunk, everything very clean, hot showers, very nice atmosphere, well stocked kitchen, super close to the beach

the room was very nice and the courtyard had a very nice number of chairs, tables, hammocks and a pool table. staff was very nice and we used their laundry service, quick and efficient.

they have made all the rooms in a square around the bar where they play loud music EVERY night until 2am. therefore, it was impossible to sleep without our noise cancelling headphones on. instead of putting an aircon, there was a fan - it didn’t work at all as it doesn’t cool but only let’s the air move. we were very hot throughout the stay.

In a nice part of Punta, but you need a car as it is quite a distance.

Place is great for teenagers, party people. But as a mature couple, this place wasnt for us. Should be a warning on site that you can expect loud music til 2am, every night.

we felt scammed

only the staff.

the pictures didn’t match at all with the actual room. The biggest scam we’ve ever seen. this should be illegal. There was loud music playing every day until the middle of the night right next to the rooms. it was impossible to fall asleep. then at every morning the music was turned on at 8 am again, on full volume!! we also received dirty towels, the wifi didn’t work many times, one day we had only cold water and we saw a mouse on the roof of our room. it was not possible to lock the windows, everyone could’ve gotten into our room at any time. no lockers available either. we had to speak to 3 employees about all of that and it was impossible to talk to the owner about all this. the owner didn’t care or showed up. we can’t believe we paid 90$ per night for this!! it’s not even worth 10$

Hostel is amazing - best hostel so far in our three month trip through South America 💪 easy checking - very accommodating- extremely clean and confortable - super great location

A little more adventurous than we hoped and in the end a lot more expensive than what we had hoped.

The property is nicely located, close to the beach but a little further away from all the huge hotels. The staff was very helpful and the kitchen was nice.

Unfortunately, a little accident with the fire pit accur and we had to leave our booked room. For 2 of our 3 nights, the hostel offered us to stay in an eight bed dorm room instead of our private double room. But the owner was very friendly and even offered us two more nights for our troubles.
