Great location, incredibly helpful and responsive host, the apartment was perfect for a small group.

The apartment was in an excellent location and the host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Exceptional

Amazing stay. Apartment called Rock rocks and was perfect for a family of 4. Convenient, sunny and cozy living room, stylish bedroom and elegant bathroom. Stunning views of Assisi and surrounding mountains from both rooms. Superb location close to elevators connecting to the top of the historical center in Corso Cavour - artsy historical street where locals seem to spend time in numerous cafes. Buiilding is quiet and beautiful. Welcome pack from the hosts is well thought out and provides all you need and more. Perugia is a history enthusiast's dream, surprise around every corner. And so is the apartment with numerous easter eggs. Friendly people and quality tourism is a bonus.

I spent a nice 2 days in Perugia.

Chiara and her boyfriend are super nice and very accommodating. They met me and went over everything (also helped me with my luggage). Gave me tips and information on what to see, what to do and where to go for dinner. The apt was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay again.

An excellent choice and I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The property is located close to the train station and many restaurants with a great coffee available next door from 6am! Chiara was the perfect hostess - excellent clear video instructions to access. Suggested various restaurants, several of which we used that were excellent. She even booked one for us. The apartment has everything you need including access to a washing machine on the next level.

A nice apartment in a generally good location.

Near food shop, bars and restaurants and the city centre. We were sent detailed information on WhatsApp for finding and gaining access to the property (necessary).

Difficult parking arrangements for unloading and loading our heavy luggage.

A great location in a charming old building with a comfy big bed and lots of space.

Excellent location close to all the main attractions, and a cafe just downstairs. The apartment is very thoughtfully and beautifully decorated with a film theme. The bedroom is very spacious and comfortable with a great comfy king bed. Views from every window inspired a watercolour sketch! The sofa folds out into a bed and provided another sleeping option - extra bedding was provided upon request. We were also able to do our laundry on site, which was very convenient.

A kettle in the kitchenette would be a nice addition. Having some tea on hand would be great too.

Memorable!

We stayed at the Casa Malichi Retro apartment from Aug. 23-29 2022. Casa Malichi has three apartments with different themes : Movie, Rock and Spot, which features old ads from around the world (this is the one we had). Of all the apartments we’ve had over our three trips to Italy (having stayed in 13 towns), this one was by far the coolest. We spent so much time checking out every ad! Aside from the cool factor, the apartment itself was super clean, spacious enough and very well located. Francesco, at the coffee shop downstairs, is one good guy, and there are many restaurants within walking distance from the apartment. The use of a washer and dryer was a welcome feature. On top of it, Chiara, our host, was nothing short of amazing. She was extremely helpful during our entire stay, being very generous with her advice and recommendations. Perugia is a fabulous town that, thankfully, not too many people have heard of outside of Italy, so it is not overrun by tourists. Finally, as for how to get to the apartment building, how to actually get in (with the code), and how to access the washer in the attic, Chiara sent us some short videos, which wass a stroke of genius. It made everything sooooo much easier! And after getting in, what a nice gesture to find cold bottles of water in the fridge! We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone to stay at this B&B; Perugia was great, but this place, by itself, and Chiara, made it even better!

Casa Malichi - you ROCK!!

The apartment is amazing! Beautiful decor - retro but modern. Very comfy bed & panoramic views. It has everything you need including great Wi-Fi and a rainfall shower! It is just a short walk to the old town and there is plenty of parking close by. It is far better than any hotel and the coffee shop is on the doorstep for breakfast! There is also a little supermarket too. It was the perfect place to stay to see Perugia and I cannot recommend it enough!!! FANTASTICO!!

advertisement states there is free parking, but it is not the case. council park costs 20€ /day and it’s 400 metres away downhill.

Simply wonderful.

A cozy and very clean apartment, fully furnished, including small snacks and coffee to have breakfast in the morning. The location is perfect to visit Perugia, close enough to everything. The host is very helpful and friendly giving recommendations where to eat, drink or go. I definitely recommend to stay in Casa Malichi.

The design and the aura of the place. And even the fridge was stocked. Additionally we got a lot of recommendations for very good locations. Unfortunately with facebooklinks, what we don't have. But even so they were very helpful!

Great hosts, clean, set up well and great location.

Hosts were amazing - they were super helpful and easy to communicate with. The place was super clean and set up well for our family. We also really appreciated the AC as we stayed in the middle of a heatwave.

The place was great as a whole, a little small for a family of four - but honestly it met our needs all the same, perfect for a short stay in the city.

Quirky comfy apartment right in the old town

Quirky spacious apartment right in the old centre of Perugia, but still super quiet. Kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was sparkling clean. Our host was very helpful (even though we didn't meet her) and check-in and our were easy. We'll come again. :-)

Parking near the apartment is not straightforward especially when arriving on a Saturday night. We settled for a car park on via T. Ripa di Meana which costs 1.50 eur per day and from where a little steep path leads directly to the back entrance in 2-3 min walk.

Amazing apartment and hosts who thought of everything we could need

The location of the apartment is fantastic - you feel like you are close enough to everything but out of the busyness of the main square. The apartment has everything you need and feels very unique - we loved all the details (branded mugs, shampoo etc.). The host, Chiara, was also so helpful and made the stay really easy. She also gave some great tips for food and drink places.
