We would definitely recommend staying at this property and would stay here again next time we’re in Rome. Fabio and Ramo

loved the space, all facilities were great and everything a family would need was there. Ramona and Fabio were so lovely and went to great effort to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This included details of the city, transport, and even recommendations for restaurants.

Everything was fabulous, we liked everything.

great stay in Rome by St Peters Basilica.

lots of room for our family of 7. loved the dining room where we gathered for breakfast and games - and appreciated the complimentary Prosecco, water, etc.

I wish it had a dryer but the clothes dried quickly on the line.

Spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and individual air conditioning-perfect after day sightseeing.. Friendly host met us earlier to allow luggage drop off and was available to answer any questions during our stay via texts, Fully equipped with everything find in our own home.

Glad to have seen Rome!

The host, Romana was exceptional in greeting us at the apartment and walking through the amenities with us. She was also very quick to respond to every question we had. Fabio was also great to work with particularly when we turned on the tv and discovered it was broken- he was quick to have it replaced the next day. Not that we came to Rome to watch TV, but Wimbledon was in full force and our love of tennis is important so having a working tv was necessary for our family. We appreciated having air conditioning in each bedroom, especially with how hot the summer temps are in Rome. The train and buses were close by which made traveling throughout the city easy. The beverages in the refrigerator, sweet treats in the kitchen, and espresso pods in the dining room were very thoughtful gestures.

The kitchen was sorely lacking. It would have been helpful to have larger bowls for the nights we were making dinner and had to improvise with how to serve food in. The kitchen could have had at least one chopping knife for cutting vegetables. More drinking glasses would have also been helpful. The refrigerator may need to be replaced. I'm not sure, but it wasn't cooling well. Then we increased the temp and food in the back of the fridge, such as left over salad was completely frozen. The beds on the floor were not a favorite part of the stay. The beds were also uncomfortable.

We loved our stay, location is perfect, everything is just like in pictures: the apartment is very clean, beds are comfortable, the view is :O perfect!!!, we even got welcome beverages, I super recommend this apartment for your stay in Roma :) also, the hosts were really kind and helpful with everything :)

Our stay was excellent, the apartment exceed our expectations, very clean and you will find everything you need to have a comfortable stay. You can reach Piazza San Pietro in a 5 min walk, and with a pleasure 15 min walk you where in the Center of Rome. Fabio and his team are very accurate and friendly, really impressive their work. We'll be back for sure in our next trip to Rome. Thank you Fabio !!

Very nice place for a weekend in Rome.

The apartment is simple and is in a very good location, close to the Vatican. There are a few small and not crowded osterias and bars nearby offering good food. Nice view. Fully equipped kitchen. Coffee machine. wifi ok.

A wonderful trip!

The apartment was spacious. The bedrooms were big, comfortable and had good space for clothes. Two of the bedrooms opened onto a balcony, with a lovely view of St. Peter’s Basilica. There are two bathrooms with rain showers, lots of hot water and storage space. The kitchen is galley style with everything one needs for a stay. The host had put milk, juice and water into the fridge, which was a very welcome surprise. There were some snacks and croissants also. The building is mostly residential, so it is quiet, traffic from the street can be heard at night, but this didn’t bother us. Ramona met us on arrival and was extremely helpful, she also text during our stay to ensure we were happy with everything. Fabio was our first point of contact once the booking was made and he was also wonderful, answering queries immediately and arranging airport transfers. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Great apartment near the Vatican

The apartment was very conveniently located near the Vatican (10 minute walk) and the Roma San Pietro train stop (10 min walk). Ramona was a great host and was waiting at the apartment when we arrived. She explained everything during check in and followed up with us during our stay to make sure everything was OK. I highly recommend this apartment.

Location is exceptionally good, next to St Pieters. The Balcony is perfect for a nice breakfast or a sunset drink with view onto the St Pieters.

Exceptional

This place was great. Our family of 8 had plenty of room to relax after long days of sight seeing. The showers and water pressure were amazing. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. It far exceeded our expectations, and Alessandro was an excellent host!

If I could change one thing, it would be to trade the dining table for something smaller, and have a comfortable sofa. Otherwise, it was truly a wonderful place!
