About this house rental
Amazing Location! Home sits 1 block from the beach, and 1/2 block from the main Pass Christian strip, quietly on the back portion of a 1-acre property, nestled behind 2 large oak trees offering privacy.
Walk down the driveway and across the street and you will be at War Memorial Park. The park includes a kids playground, splash pad, and a recreational walking/exercising track. Every Saturday, the Pass Market sets up in the park and sells fresh produce, art, jewelry, etc. In front of the park is a community favorite, the Cat Island Coffee House.
Adjacent to the property is the public recreation area which includes 4 tennis courts, a football field, 2 baseball fields, and a basketball court, as well as a war tank.
The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms have a single queen bed, and the 4th bed includes a twin bed with twin trundle, and a full bed + small futon. The house is also equipped with several convenience items for families with small children, such as a pack and play, baby gate, child table, etc.
There is a train track about 200 yards north of the property that can be heard from inside the home.

We had a wonderful week in a great location. Very large yard with plenty of room for the kids to run and play.

The property and location were both great! The hosts were great to deal with. It's in a bit of a dead zone for having pizza delivered, but pizza hut was in the process of expanding their area. That was not a pre-planned meal choice but one of the motorcycles in our group was hit with road schrapnel and that changed our plans. Otherwise the location was convenient and beautiful, and made for a relaxing stay on what could have been a bad experience. Many thanks to the hosts for their amazing property and helpful attitude!

Great house to stay in. Perfect location and perfect configuration of rooms for a big group. A binder with some info would be helpful - we didn’t find the broom or garbage bags for awhile! Once we asked, host was very responsive! We walked to the beach and visited the park. Overall it was perfect for our needs.

Everything was exactly as described. I slept better in the bed there than I usually sleep in my on bed, plenty of dishes and towels/wash cloths, loved the closesness to local shops, park, and beach. Communication with owner was wonderful, thanks!!

This property is elevated and nestled amidst treetops. It is close to everything: tennis, courts, park, shopping, dining, and the beach. Yet, it feels secluded and private set back from the street on a large lot. As noted in the property description, there is a train which runs one block north of the property. Its whistle blows 2 to 3 times per night.
The home at self has nice amenities, including beach towels, and tennis rackets. Beanbags from the bedrooms are able to be moved into the living room to provide adequate seating for a large group. Great communication with the host!
Our group included four generations from four family units. There were seven adults and three children. The beds and bedrooms accommodated our group perfectly.

Loved our stay here. The house is on a great large lot next to the park, playground, and a cool tank. Walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach. Thoughtful extras like a kids table, pack n plays, and baby gate. Easy communication with owners. The train comes by about twice a night, but not too disruptive. Great house, definitely recommend!

This property is so pretty and right in the heart of downtown Pass Christian. You can walk to all the little shops and restaurants. The beach is just a block away. The house has all the amenities you could want and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there!

Perfect family house
Wonderful vacation with the whole family. Location perfect. Walked to beach, shops, restaurants. Kids loved the park and splash pad. Climbed on the tank and even played tennis. Drove to the aquarium one day. House had everything we needed and lots of space underneath. Forth of July fireworks on the beach we’re amazing. Owners responded within minutes to any questions. Water calm for kids and no crowds. Lots of amazing memories. ❤️

House was great. Location is amazing for a group with kids. We were able to walk to the splash park, park, tennis courts, beach, froyo and some restaurants. More restaurants were just 1/2 mile down the road. Lots of extra linens and pillows available. Property owner answers messages very quickly.

The property is in a great location! Walkable to restaurants and shopping. There was a farmers market in the park in front of the house. We also love being able to take a morning walk down the beach!

We really enjoyed our time in Pass Christian. Our group consisted of 3 families in town for baseball. There was plenty of room for everybody to sleep comfortably and great outdoor space to enjoy as well. I have already recommended this property to others for future use.

Beautiful House
This house was beautiful! Even better than the pictures and incredibly well stocked. My family had room to spread out on the separate outdoor areas and we were all very comfortable. Wonderful location and I highly recommend.

Perfect house and location !
We rented this house for a multi generational vacation. We had 4 kids (ages 2, 3, 8, 11) and 4 adults. There was plenty of space for everyone and even some toys for the kids !! The kitchen had all the utensils we needed and even extra paper products! The location couldn’t have been better for our group. We were right next to tennis courts and directly across the street from a park and splash pad. We choose to drive to the beach since we took so much with us each day but it would have been an easy walk. You do have to cross a main highway to get to the beach. We would happily stay here again if we visited the area! It’s also a very quiet town but close enough that the attractions weren’t too far for a quick drive. We even visited New Orleans one day!
