Nice helpful staff , i booked this hotel because it was close to Medicana hospital. only 1 minute walking to the emergency entrance. so the location is perfect for the hospital.

the room was always dark. no hard lights, so if u like the darkness u will be happy

AMAZING STAY

Very clean and organized hotel. We really liked this hotel as it is affordable and clean and the rooms are big and so comfortable. Special Thanks to Hotel Manager and employees from Turkmenistan.

The stuff were friendly and hotel was very clean, needs to improve breakfast options .

It was close by the hospital I was going to.

The breakfast was very boring same things everyday. No fresh juice or fruit. Not much options for breakfast.

!!!!! BEWARE FOREIGNERS WHO TRAVEL HERE !!!! Everything was all good until the last moment just before we checked out. Utter disappointment! The Authorities need to monitor the owner of this place. His practices are sly and unethical. Just before check out the young receptionist said I needed to pay an excess of 2,000 LIRA more as they were unable to process my payment for one of the rooms. Two rooms were booked in total. It's funny because the payments were paid in Sterling and they confirmed my payment during the check-in... and now they are demanding more payment needs to be done in LIRA. I've got to the bottom of this pathetic argument and what happened is that during my stay GBP/TRY went from 24 lira per pound to 15 lira per pound. So these guys seemed to have cashed out my payment at the wrong time when sterling was valued low and hence they are trying to cover their losses/differences from their customer. So if you want to avoid such nonsense, don't deal with them Sizes of the rooms were outrageously small. Very very dark with all lights turned on Baby Cot was not hygienic

staff were really friendly and accommodating. my room was spacious and clean

You will be struggling with everything. Small rooms , uncomfortable beds, poor and dul room lighting, access to the hotel specially if you have heavy luggage , staff speaks very poor English and finally the breakfast is horrible. I will never go there again.

Overrated

The manager was nice

The receptionist hardly speaks English, the room was wrongly described on Booking, we suppose to have 3 beds in the room but we had 2 and after very long waiting they provided a mattress, the pillows and the bed cover was not clean, bathroom is not comfortable

Really it was the worst experience to me with this hotel staff are not friendly for that I was booking for two night but I stayed only one night and check out. The time we enter the room was not clean even tawels was not clean bad sheet not clean.

Passable

Location is OK if you have business to do in Ataşehir area. It was one of the cheapest alternatives in the area. I think it's OK to stay if you are alone and need a place for a couple of nights.

heavy smoke smell in the room is welcoming you when enter. the Bed was awful, springs are sticking into your body. staff could put a smile on there face and make eye contact with you when talking instead of staring at their screen.

The worst hotel

Noting is likeable about this hotel but only location was good for us

Where can I start?? As soon as we walked into the hotel staff didn’t even look at us and receptionist was on the phone while we were checked in room was so dirty and old no one looked after this hotel, fire exit is covered by linen so if there is a fire you will be stuck so no fire exit to run away from this hotel also breakfast is a joke so do not go this hotel if you care about yourself !!

Good hotel for work and short time stay if you look for a cheap solution.

Friendly staff, fair breakfast, nice lobby, valet service, great location,

Not really clean, dark bathroom (no chance to shave), old towels, poor internet connection in the room

Nothing was good at all

The place was dirty and uncomfortable, Full of noice of cooling system of next door building, poor light in the room and toilet. Bedsheet was teared, toilet was dirty and bathtub’s and washing basin’s draining was blocked.
