Pour petit budget sans prétention ni trop d'attentes !

La gentillesse de la propriétaire. Literie OK. La location de scooter à un prix correct via l'hôtel. L'emplacement est sur la rue principale de St Juan. Pizzas côte resto.

Très bruyant car 5 ou 6 travailleurs dans la chambre d'à côté, qui squattent le perron avec le téléphone en haut parleur. Salle de bain très rudimentaire, pas d'eau chaude. Une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre (le renfermé) et des fourmis mais bon rien de méchant. Pas de pdj.

Amazing!

The owners are lovely! They also own the restaurant with some really good food. The room is nice with a private bathroom (there's no AC, but there's a ventilator so that's fine) I had a really comfortable stay

The room is a bit small, but that didn't bothered me as I'm travelling solo.

Great place, friendly owners and great pizza!

Great place to stay, good value for money. Clean and comfy, big room so it was nice to have the space. The family were really friendly and so helpful, they have really cute cats and dogs too! They got us hot water for coffees and noodles and helped organise bikes for us too. Slightly further out from the main town of San Juan but super easy if you have a bike and if not there’s shops and restaurants nearby! Definitely try the pizzas at their restaurant too! The best ones we’ve had in the philippines and really reasonably priced :)

Cold water in the shower and the drain in seemed to be in the wrong place so the water didn’t drain well and ended up smelling damp. Lots of ants that we had to try and kill/get out of our stuff by the end

good location and nice hosts

good location in San Juan, close to the beaches and other restaurants and bars in the area. the room was small but nice. the hosts were good - provided drinking water and hot water with cups at all times which was a nice touch! we also hired a scooter through them which was ideal

the room was small which we knew when booking but we didn’t expect it to be so tight with our (small) bags inside. also no toilet seat in the en-suite bathroom which was weird

Good value for money, good location, no air con a bit of a struggle

Good location, easy to get everywhere. Not too far from port. Really friendly and helpful staff. Great water pressure in the shower (not hot water but was really refreshing so didn’t matter). Wi-fi really cheap (20 pesos (33 English pence) for 7 hours)

There were quite a few small bugs, not a major issue. First night at 1am a cockroach was on the wall. Unfortunately at that time no staff available to help. We managed to get it out and staff in the morning gave us spray to ensure no more (worked really well!). No air-con, just a fan above the bed meant we were really warm often.

Amazing, wish I could of stayed longer

Everything, the location was great, the room was spacious and clean, great air con and a amazing shower. The family who run the accommodation were so friendly and helped us with everything we needed, transport to the port, scooter rental etc, and a special thanks for the amazing food, some of the best food we’ve had in the Philippines! would highly recommend anyone to stay here it was great

Very friendly people running the property, helped me with all my requests. Very close to the beach.

The location was good, a short walking distance to bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. They offer bike rental too. It was very basic but good value for money.

It was clean and the toilet is huge, since its cheap i didnt expect that the room is luxurious because of course its just a budget friendly Inn. But every thing is good. staff are very friendly and accommodating.. I will come back again.

Nice restaurant, best for pizza lovers. Private terrace with serviced coffee each morning. Big bathroom.

Bigger room was bit noisy at night. We were lucky to have neighbors for few nights only. If it is windy night, leaves of palm were hitting the roof, which was loud.

Fabulous

Quality- price is very good! The rooms are very clean and comfortable! The location is also good! and at night it is a quiet place! I would com back!

There is not hot water (as in other many places). We were unlucky because it was raining all day long and it was cold and we would have liked a hot shower, but the pression of the shower is really ok! There were a lot of mosquitos! but we asked them about something for the mosquitos and they tried to do their best :)
