Pousada excepcional em São Roque

Pousada extremamente focada em descanso e diversão par as crianças. Os quartos são super confortáveis, as refeições muitíssimo bem feitas e a recreação é incrível, Danda a possibilidade dos pais descansarem um pouco mais. A vista do alto da colina oferece um por do sol lindo! As áreas comuns são muito agradáveis e a decoração de muito bom gosto.

Acredito que apesar de excelente algumas coisas poderiam ser melhores. Na descrição do Booking há uma piscina aquecida, mas lá nenhuma estava nem mesmo climatizada, impedindo totalmente o uso delas nesta época do ano. A internet é boa mas a cobertura poderia ser melhor.

Gostei da paz e calmaria que o lugar oferece , sem som alto.Os funcionários são super atenciosos e respondem nossas dúvidas rapidamente, o café da manhã que é incluso na diária é ótimo também.Os animais bem cuidados e carinhosos.As piscinas limpinhas e grandes. Voltarei mais vezes, continuem assim ❤️

É só uma sugestão ...poderia ter sugestão de almoço mais em conta , pois assim mais pessoas utilizariam esse serviço e não sairiam para comer fora ☺️

Local pra curtir a natureza e animais.

Maravilhoso acomodação, alguns animais eram soltos entao aparecia enfrente ao quarto, o que fez sentirmos mais contato com eles. O lugar é imenso, clima fazenda muito bom mesmo, café da manhã farto.

Tivemos um problema com entupimento da banheira no quarto, pela vista vimos que era melhor ter pego o quarto da varanda muito mais bonito a visão, e a salada do chef foi quase 30 reais, apenas uma salada e tomate com queijo ralado, não achamos que valia este preço.

Gostamos bastante do lugar, variedade de atividades e proposta rural.

Variedade de atividades, preocupação com entretenimento do hóspede independente de estar ou não com crianças. Música ao vivo nos jantares, diversas opções de atividades, lugar agradável com clima rural reforçado pelo mini zoológico. Destacamos a simpatia do funcionário "Baleia".

O conforto do quarto poderia ser melhor. Apesar da localização e pegada rural, a internet poderia ser melhor englobando todos os locais da propriedade. Além disso, achamos que deveriam investir em ar condicionado no quarto; em luminária de cabeceira com luz mais indireta, pois só havia a opção de acender 2 lustres com luz forte; em box com portas, evitando cortinas e, em bancada/mesa no quarto.

Foi muito ruim, Não recebi nem um contato explicando nada e nem a programação.

Do clima do lugar.

Acomodações são antigas , muita sujeira no loca, quartos desconfortáveis, não cumpriu o cronograma de programação ficamos sem xá da tarde. Os chuveiro saia mais água por cima que por baixo. Reclamamos e foi trocado, mas o lixo/sujeira que o funcionário fez ficou todo no local. Me cobraram 03 diárias mesmo eu ficando só dois dias.

Aldeia Parque Pousada Rural was a great place to go and get away from the city.

We liked the scheduled activities, Carnaval celebrations, and the pools and slides. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was perfect for a family of four. The food was plentiful and I very much enjoyed the pizza night. There were many animals to see and interact with, not only at the farm but also around the property.

The bathroom space could be improved, I recommend fitted sheets for the bedding and improved linen cleaning procedures. It would also be nice to have towels for the pools. The food variety could be better; some foods were repeated during our stay.
