Struttura perfetta per una vacanza a Marmaris.

Struttura pulitissima, staff estremamente accogliente e gentile. Il responsabile alla reception ci ha fornito ottime indicazioni e consigli su spiagge, servizi nei dintorni e ha esaudito ogni nostra richiesta. Posizione ottima nella città vecchia (zona pedonale) vicina alla Marina e al lungo mare. Possibilità di lasciare l’auto in un parcheggio custodito (non di pertinenza) a pochi minuti di distanza a piedi. Struttura consigliatissima.

Нас встретил сотрудник от точки, где высаживают такси, хотя была ночь. Номер уютный, довольно чистый.

Мы уезжали раньше начала завтраков и попросили с собой ланчбокс, оказалось, что такой услуги в отеле нет. Получается, завтрак оплачен, а поесть мы не можем, это большое упущение, ушли рано утром голодными. Отель согласился покормить нас спустя неделю, на обратном пути, это очень приятно. Но мы не успели заехать и воспользоваться этим. Так же в номере в раковине очень плохо уходила вода.

Симпатично, но шумно

Небольшой симпатичный номер рядом с центром города. Удобная кровать, достойный завтрак в приятной локации. В номере вода, чайник, холодильник. Ви-фи работает нормально

Администраторам нужно конкретнее описывать положение ресепшена, тк отель располагается сразу в нескольких отдельных зданиях - нашли не сразу. Шумно!! Музыка и подвыпившие люди после тусовок на улице баров. Беруши не помогают. В номере было чисто, но почему-то мне досталась полная корзина мусора в туалете от прежних жильцов.

The manager of the hotel, Ismail, was incredible and very charming, he made our visit exceptional!

The breakfast in the Bono Restaurant right on the seafront was fantastic. Always served by wonderful staff and the view of the harbour front could not be better. The manager of the hotel, Ismail, was very charming and started communicating with us by WhatsApp before we even left home. We were able to tell him exactly the time of our (late) arrival and were met on arrival. He made everything so easy.

Hood hotel but not for people who wanna sleep in the night:)

Very comfortable bed, big room, nice interior, and separate entrance In general really good hotel with good breakfast on the sea side

Hotel have 3 buildings and my room was in building and the close was night club and till 3:30 a m there was loud music, hotel location close to the street with clubs and bars witch worked till 4:00 a m, so if you like sleeping in silence- it’s no you choice, but if you wanna night life and dance - it will be the best decision And very bad smell in bathroom I guess it’s because if old building and old sever system

я бы дополнила ванную комнату крючками для полотенц для рук , очень не хватало его рядом) и стаканом для зубных щеток, в

отель полностью соответствует фото, отличное расположение, управляющий Исмаил сделал наш отдых очень комфортным ( ранний заезд и поздний выезд), девушки, которые убирали номер были очень милыми, спасибо им за гостеприимство

немного шумно, но это и понятно, так как рядом улица баров )

Стильный отель в Мармарисе

Очень красивый и стильный отель в старом городе Мармариса. Очень понравился интерьер, отличная кровать, удобный для отдыха диван, телевизор с приложениями. Завтраки в ресторане на набережной - очень сытные, что даже заворачивали с собой :) спасибо, нам очень понравилось!

Было прохладно, приходилось постоянно включать кондиционер на +30. Матка на гугл картах ведет не туда - пришлось немного поблуждать, но администратор все объяснил и мы благополучно встретились. В номере около чайника нашли чужие волосы, но все было так замечательно, что не стали обращать на это внимание

Это прекрасно оказаться жителем старого города.

Бронируя виллу вы получаете не только свой милый домик, закрытую территорию, террасу на крыше, прекрасный вид на гавань, но и бесплатно двух-трёх котов, которые будут приходить к вам каждый день, а вы их будете с удовольствием кормить.

Нужно быть готовым к скрипящим полам в доме, к этому трудно привыкнуть.

Exceptional

Great location near the old town and castle, lot of restaurants around, 3 minute walk from the sea. Delicious breakfast by menu in their cafe in the marina. The room was really stylish and comfortable, big enough for three. And our huge terrace was amazing with a nice view and lovely cats coming to us. The staff was soooo kind and helped us with every our issue or wish.

a bit noisy at night because it is the middle of the touristic part of the city.

Nice stay near the sea

The hotel was very comfortable, a big and cozy room with comfortable bed. The place was very beautiful: close to the Marine and the historical centre. There were a lot of caffees near. The host was very hospitable. We enjoyed our vacation. We recommend this hotel, no doubt:)

Perfect location and kind staff

Location and kindness of staff. The room was not ready despite our late check-in however, the staff was very kind, and they let us stay until 5pm to make it up.

The room needs minor maintenance, i.e., the balcony door handle and light bulb replacement.

Breakfast had no coffee included, only 3 options and we waited 45 min for our plate. This is a very noisy area, we slept with earplugs

Disappointing

Location is good. The breakfast, 10 minutes walk away from the hotel was fine.

The bathroom stank. The airvent was horribly noisy. The shower was dirty. We have never seen the staff. I wouldn't recommend this place.

nice realxing stay right in the heart of an old town

location is great, right in an old town, we had a really nice room with a terrace. The hotel has a relaxing vibe, with simple but tasteful decor. My son really loved the cats coming to visit our terrace. we felt a. it sad leaving it.

The room was not cleaned while we stayed there ( we stayed for 2 nights) and also my son found a pile of hair on one of the window sills next to his bed and a dead corkage on a terrace. Apart from that the room was clean overall. The breakfast had only 3 options, traditional Turkish breakfast, which were lovely, but did not work for our son at all, he managed to find himself pancakes in the menu which we were charged for separately despite that they cost exactly the same as included options.

Quite disappointed

The suite was very spacious and the design of the apartment was very modern and aesthetic. The location was very convenient, in the heart of the old town and a minute away from the castle and museum.

1.One of the Air conditions in our suite was not working properly. They tried to fix it by cleaning the filters but it didn't work. This wasn't convenient taking into consideration that it's summer and extremely hot. We asked for another suite but they said that all are booked. 2. The breakfast was very very poor, probably one of the poorest that l had in Turkey. l do not drink Turkish tea and asked for a herbal one instead, however, they said that they need to charge extra which was quite unacceptable. 3. The place where they serve the breakfast is 15 min away from the hotel. Walking on the heat to the breakfast place wasn't very convenient.

Pleasant Stay

A nicely located hotel, very neat and close to all the activities in the city. The staff waited for my late check-in. Great breakfast in the hotel's restaurant just a 3-min walk away from the room. Spacious room, comfy beds, nicely designed. I had just one night here but I would definitely choose this hotel for my next stay and would recommend it to everyone. Most of all I liked the design of the fake fireplace in the room - that was the main reason for booking this hotel and it exceeded my expectations as it looked really funny, just like that :D

The floor in the bathroom has gotten a bit scratched - that could be fixed to avoid leg scratches.

We had an amazing room. I liked all the staff. They have an amazing team. Ismail and Emra were very nice and helpful. Really they treated us and welcomed us in a very nice way. If i visit Marmaris again I would definitely stay at this hotel again and i would recommend it.

Bad

Poor service. You feel your self staying in Coffe shop not hotel. Nobody clean your room, noisy rooms, poor breakfast and limited. I have chosen a specific room and when arrived it wasn’t available so we stay in a different room. It was bad experience and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone at all.

I was very happy with its location and certainly Ismael made our stay very very comfortable.

The location was excellent. Also I was very happy with Ismael who looked after us very well. Ismael was very courteous and extremely helpful and I have very high regards for Ismael.

The WIFI service was not that great. Also the breakfast was very very basic with little choice. Also it would be nice to have a safe inside the room.

A perfect location but be prepared for music late at night.

Bono hotel apartments are situated in the Old Town beside the Marina and restaurants which are plentiful along the harbour and less than 10 minutes walk of the boat cruises .

The property itself was lovely but because of the Central location it was noisy at night.

Lovely but strong sewage smell in the room!

Wonderful location in the heart of the old town and the grand bazar, and very close to the marina where all the restaurants are. The rooms are well maintained, clean, and nicely decorated.

There was noise all night coming from the bars around and from people walking by... But the horrible thing was the sewers smell coming from the bathroom. It gave us a headache and a stomachache, and we literally couldn't sleep. This is a serious problem that the hotel has to solve. Their rooms aren't that cheap for their visitors to sleep in a sewage system.

Hotel administrator Ismail is just a man with a big and pure heart. Very friendly and responsive. I especially want to highlight the fact that our flight was late, so we were asked to leave things in hotels for storage. Thanks to Ismail, he immediately fulfilled our request, and also provided a room so that we could take a shower before leaving. I would like more such understanding people! The location is excellent (it is advisable to take a room whose windows do not overlook the bar street). The breakfast is normal, provided in a restaurant by the sea.

Exceptional

The place is really cute that is rare in Marmaris. Everything is new, clean and made with a good taste. It's important to mention that Wi-Fi is stable and fast - crucial fact for me and other nomads. Very big shower, iron, cattle, hairdryer, comfortable bed, high-quality linens and towels. The design is very positive. Nice balcony. The location is great, you're properly in the old town close to everything. Ismail is very welcome and always ready to help you. Thank you for a perfect stay 🙏

Everything was fine. It's just an idea for the next small improvements and growth: more hangers are needed (girs coming for making parties have many dresses)), regular cleaning instead of option "on demand"), one more trash can in the room - one small in the bathroom is not enough.
