Séjour agréable.

Très bon petit déjeuner et personnel qui nous l'a servi très accueillant. Je pense que c'était la propriétaire et une employée. Chambre petite mais très propre et très fonctionnelle

L'hôtesse d'accueil le soir de notre arrivée pas très chaleureuse mais efficace.

Easy to find. Lovely staff. Great food.

.Tiny room (14) hard to get to Short measures on the beer. If I pay for 50cc of beer I expect beer up to 50cc on glass not a few cms below.

Super clean, friendly with charming restaurant and good food.

This hotel is all that you could want from a French hotel in this price bracket. Very friendly staff. Very clean bedrooms. The restaurant is far nicer and better than many of the crowded arrogant joints in the town. The pizzas (and other dishes) are excellent, the wine good and the ambience in the garden very congenial with helpful staff.

Great value for money, good customer service and very clean.

The location is quite noisy which we had anticipated. The room and the ensuite were just a little bit too small but we could have upgraded at the time of booking. There is no private parking for the hotel.

Very good

Our room was small but very clean, and had nice large windows that opened fully. It was quiet despite being right across from the train station. Staff on-site only speaks French so it's good to have a few phrases memorized if you aren't fluent. We were driving on this trip and free parking on the street in front of the hotel was easy to find.

The shower is very narrow so be careful if you're very tall!

A very comfortable & enjoyable stay

Very peaceful and incredible clean and well maintained. Location is ideal for those traveling for work, as well a pleasant 10 minute stroll over the bridges to I guess the main area of Saumur.

Very friendly staff. Cannot find a better place for $50. I stayed 5 nights! Saumur is a lovely city.

Beware: online the hotel is called "L'Escale de la Gare", but the sign outside says "Hotel d'Ecuyer". And number on the door "14" is so small you must be right next to it to see it. "14 Ave David d'Angers"
