Southwold is a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.
Size: sleeps 9 in 4 bedrooms Beds: 1x king size bed. 1 x single Volker bed, 1 x 4'6" double bed, 1 x adult bunk beds
Accommodation Porch/lobby/hall: storage, hanging space, large storage cupboard. Bedroom 1: single Volker bed (full adjustable. Felgains Invacare ceiling hoist (looped version), chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table, lamp. Bedroom 2: 4'6" double bed, adult bunk beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe, hand basin, shaver socket, ensuite shower room with shower, WC and basin Shower room: wheelchair accessible. WC (standard mobility pull down bar, grab rail) hand basin, mirror, shaver socket, shower table, shower and curtain, emergency pull cord. Sitting room: wheelchair accessible doorway. Two sofas, two armchairs (one adjustable/electric), pier views. Kitchen/Dining room: breakfast bar with stools, table, nine chairs, two armchairs. Sliding glazed door to deck/garden. Gas hob and separate oven with separate grill, 2 separate fridges, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, radio. First floor Living room: open plan living area, French doors to balcony. Three leather sofas, armchairs, table, four chairs, lamps, wood burning stove. Doors to bedrooms: Master bedroom: king sized bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers, cot, trouser press, door to ensuite, carpet flooring. Ensuite bathroom: bath, electric shower over, shaver point, WC and hand basin with mirror. Bedroom 4: Bedroom 3: (accessed from living area down 3 steps) 2 single beds (new Simba mattresses), chest of drawers, lamps
WC: off living room with WC and basin Utility room: (separate entrance from the decking area) washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, BBQ and storage.
An Evo Birdie Compact Mobile Hoist is available for use throughout downstairs, as well as the ceiling joist in the bedroom/wet room.

Entertainment: Smart TV, boxed games, books, Wifi router. For families: secure gardens Outside: wrap around garden with a wheelchair accessible pathway, ramped decking and a side gate to keep the garden enclosed. Secure for children. Parking: parking for three cars General: WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided. No smoking. Pets: Sorry no pets. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment. Notes: single ground floor bedroom has full disability: Felgains Invacare Ceiling Hoist (looped version), tracking to shower room. Decking slope from parking area into house for easy access.
