Страхотна локация на апартамента, на пешеходно разстояние от Централен плаж Бургас 7-8 мин. Разположен в близост до централна улица, но същевремено тих с гледка към вътрешен двор. Чист, оборудван с всичко необходимо, уютен апартамент. Много любезна домакиня. Добра кабелна тв, без забележки.

Налагаше ми се да работя онлайн и от време на време нямаше добра интернет връзка.

Never again

Location

We rent the apartment for a one night stop, part of our Christmas trip. I looked specifically for apartments with a parking spot. Once the booking was non-refundable (the annulation period expired), I have received a message from the owner, that parking spot is not appropriate for high vehicles and jeeps. I drive a small SUV and I thought that it will not be a big issue…ohh boy, was I wrong? While I was struggling to enter my vehicle at the garage, the garage door closed down and smashed my car. The apartment owner suddenly appeared and started to explain that we failed to follow the garage door instructions. In addition to the wonderful experience in this apartment, the air conditioner in the bedroom was not working and we freezed, trying to warm the apartment with the air conditioner in the dining room. When I called the owner, she explained me that it should be fine, because other guests just left the apartment and they did not complain. Anyway, she suggested someone to come check it out but it was already late hours and we had an appointment.

Very clean, had all the amenities we needed and more! Property looks like pictures on the ad. The host was very polite and responsive. The instructions on how to get to the property were very helpful. Everything was in great working order.

Perfect place

Excelent location, right in the center. The parking spot was a big plus. Fully equipped kitchen, great balcony. It is a perfect place to spend a couple of days. We were here off-season, but I believe he location is perfect in summertime as well.

Everything was great.

The apartment is in a wonderful location, right off the middle of the pedestrian street. It was perfectly safe and clean. The host met us outside, helped with parking the car, showed us to the apartment, and also came to help us out of the parking space when we were ready to check out. She was quick to respond and very positive. The bathroom was so clean it was shiny. The bed was comfortable. Overall, this apartment has everything a traveler could need. We will definitely stay here again if we end up in Burgas in the future.

Parking in the basement was quite tricky, even with a small car, but our host was extremely helpful, so we were just happy and grateful to have a secure place to park our car.

perfect location, a house away from the main promenade and good restaurants, 15 min from the beach , very quiet, all the amenities from ironing board to the washing machine, the owner was so lovely, I’d try to stay there if I come to Burgas again.

Exceptional

Exceptionally clean and comfy apartment at the perfect location in the heart of Burgas city. Host was extremely friendly and made it all very easy for us, considering we were traveling with a small baby. The cot was ready for us, prepared with a baby duvet and linen. We are very happy with our stay there.

It was a nice vacation.

Apartment in very good location, right in the center, walking distance to everywhere. A wonderful and very helpful host.Parking Garage. comfortable beds, well cleaned and newly decorated apartment, air conditioning and flat screen tv in every room. ideal for 3-4 people, internet works fine. Everything was super for us. Thank you.

Getting in and out of the garage is a little difficult.

Great location and value. Homely, modern and very clean apartment with an easily contactable host

Great apartment, very peaceful (never heard anyone) and a superb location just 15-20m off the main walkway through from the sea gardens and beach which you can stroll to in 8-10 minutes. A similar walk in the other direction takes you to the Christmas lights (amazing!). The bus station too is only a 6-8 minute walk. Well furnished, modern and a lot of extra touches that we didn't expect - paper towels in the kitchen, complimentary bottled water, tea and coffee, selection of toiletries, greaseproof paper to line the oven tray, washing up liquid under the sink, etc. The two televisions have satellite TV and we had no problem finding a couple of English channels to watch. The WiFi was a little slow but the old adage "switch it off and switch it back on again" soon sorted it. Katrin is a lovely and friendly host who works at the shop 20 yards away so is contactable if you should have any difficulties. Loved the apartment, it felt like home and we were in no rush to go out exploring. Hopefully we will be able to stay again very soon.

Only two minor things worth mentioning; There's no microwave (but we were able to reheat our takeaway in the oven). There's no plug for the bathroom sink (though this seems to be normal in Bulgaria as we've experienced this in a few places) so if you like to wash at the sink take your own plug.

Perfect stay at the center of Burgas

Great host and almost perfect location. The photos are giving good representation of reality. The apartments is really clean. The parking spot is a rare extra in a city like Burgas.

Amazing apartment in the middle of the city center

Best place to stay in Burgas. The apartment is in the middle of the city center, parking for the car at the basement, 10 min away from the beach, very nice and helpful host, Thank you very much! Next time we come to Burgas we know where to stay,

It was a very pleasant stay and well-deserved score of 10.

Comfortable bed and sofa, spacious rooms, cosy and clean, easy contact with the owner, next to the main street, a museum and a gallery, close enough to the railway station and the beach.
