Beautiful apartmant

Beautiful apartman , ideal for families or friends traveling together. Super well equipped with every household tool that you may need for a 1-2 week stay, it was easy to cook because of this. Cleaning was well done before arrival. Host is super kind, his brother gave us the key upon arrival, he lives next door. Speaks English very well, was easy to communicate.

as most of the places in lovran you need to climb up on a steep road to reach the villa.it might be tiring if you visit the beach 2 times a day and go out at the evening. but this is quite common for the whole town, not particularly the apartment's fault! it is about 10 minutes walking from the actual beach. parking in Lovan (2022) is free on the street, but you should be aware that those streets are really narow and the villa has no parking place in the garden.

The property exceeded our expectations and we will recommend it to our friends.

The host met us at the location and handed over the keys. He was very helpful, friendly, and easy to contact in German. The apartment is very very spacious, it has many useful facilities and fully equipped kitchen. We were very positively surprised by the little garden we had for our use. The location is very good, despite being on the hillside (like most of Lovran), our ground floor apartment was just a short walk away from the old town and the public beach. The apartment is very cool in the hot weather. Great value for money as well!!

The free parking spot is not on the estate, although it's just a 1min walk from the apartment.

This is a great place for the vacation in the beautiful nature. Architecture is nice and stylish.

Superb

The owner is very nice person . We were able to check in earlier and check out later. Property is really nice and spacious. The location is great: very quiet neighborhood of the city.

Comfortable and quiet

Comfortably furnished with separate laundry room and two barhrooms. Semi-private terrace with outdoor dining table for 6. Ground floor apartment stays cool, even on hot days. Very quiet.Short walk to good public bathing spots.

Kitchen is small and inadequately vemtilated. There is no parking on site. Outdoor dining area inadequately shaded. Staff speaks some German and Hungarian but no English.

Not working wifi connection at apartment. We had opportunity to connect to wifi at next building which was little bit unconfortable in the evening. Owner tried to fix issue with internet service provider but without success.
