If you want to experience the best of Deep Creek Lake, look no further than Inn 2 Deep, a well-appointed vacation home with the perfect location. This house has walking distance lake access and a dock in a quiet cove, it backs up to the 16th hole of Lodestone Golf Course and is a seven to ten-minute drive to the slopes at Wisp. The stunning stacked-stone and log exterior is matched by the equally lovely interior.

Inn 2 Deep effortlessly hosts your group with an abundance of comfortable gathering spaces both indoor and out. Three fireplaces (two wood burning and one gas), wood walls, exposed beams, stone accents and a ton of natural light throughout gives a warm, welcoming feeling in every season. Spend quality time together in the great room lounging by a crackling fire and watching movies on the flat screen TV. TVs are located throughout the house for your enjoyment.

You will love the attention to detail that went into this unique home ~ including the hand carved mama bear and cub that greet you as you pass into the kitchen. Inn 2 Deep makes life easy with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a TV. It is open to the dining area which is great for conversation while you cook. Gather at the dining table, with additional seating at the kitchen island, to share delicious homemade meals. Sliding doors open to the expansive deck at tree top level overlooking the lake with additional outside seating and a built in Jenn-Air gas grill so cookouts are a breeze too!

Adjacent to the dining area, you will find the sunroom with your indoor hot tub. Surrounded by windows and a wood burning fireplace, you can take a soothing soak and enjoy the woodland scenery.

There are three suites with king beds and private baths - two spacious suites on the main level and one on the lower level. All wood walls surround you in the first primary suite. This suite has stairs that lead to a private loft outfitted with air hockey and a ping pong table. It's the perfect room for the night owls in your group! The loft is also outfitted with a desk and office chair if you have a need for a private working space. The other two suites have deck access so you can step outside to stargaze or breathe fresh mountain air any time you please. Upstairs, the loft is both an additional gathering space and sleeping area. It is outfitted with two twin beds with trundles, a double futon and a TV.

Downstairs, the lower family room provides another gathering space where folks can stretch out on the comfortable couches, watch TV and enjoy a drink from the spacious wet bar, which features a mini-fridge, and play a game of pool on the full sized pool table! Downstairs there are also 2 more bedrooms ~ one with a queen bed and deck access to enjoy the lake view. The other bedroom hosts one double bed and twin bunks.

In the summer, take a short walk to the gravel path that leads to the lake with your dock slip in a quiet cove. It is a great spot for swimming and fishing before taking your boat out for a cruise. You can bring your own or stop by a local marina to rent one for your stay. It is the best way to experience Deep Creek during the summer. Explore miles of shoreline, pull the kids on a tube or stop at a waterfront restaurant for lunch.

If you enjoy golfing ~ you are only minutes away from the prestigious Lodestone Golf Course. Bring your clubs and play a round at this award winning, 4.5 star golf course.

This property was amazing. We had plenty of space for our family members to get away to their own rooms for quiet time and the common areas were also spacious and welcoming. We enjoyed the fireplace on the main floor and the basement and the dining area was a great place for us to enjoy our family meals. We had immediate service fro Taylor Made when we could not get the gas fireplace to work in the basement. The service rep came out, got the pilot lit and resolved the problem. This house is a bit off of the beaten path, but that was nice as well because we didn’t have traffic and crowds to deal with. It is fairly close to the Wisp which was the primary reason for our visit in February. We would definitely stay at this hose again. It is modern, beautiful, and clean.

Amazing home

Amazing home

The home is amazing. Very well maintained, clean and fun! The home audio system was a blast for dancing and each room has a TV with roku so the kids could unwind with their own shows. The fireplace was great and cozy and had plenty of firewood. The downstairs bar and billiard area was a lot of fun and kept the adults entertained. We very much enjoyed our stay and are already trying to plan our next visit!

Misleading listing . . . and dirty!

Misleading listing . . . and dirty!

Despite its listing, this property is across the road and up a hill from the lake. The "steps to your dock" actually is about 500 steps -- down the road and an indirect path through the woods, resulting in a dock that fronts someone else's house. The A/C was broken -- the thermostat actually came off in my hands at my first touch. The rugs were filthy -- just walking on them kicked up a dust cloud. The wood floors were covered with grime. The cabinets and curios had a cover of dust. The screen door to the porch off the family area was broken. There were multiple piles of dog poop residue near the horseshoe pit. I notified VRBO of our concerns and even sent a photo, asking to speak with the property owner. I made the same request to the management company TWICE. I still haven't heard from anyone!

I really loved this house. The amount of space I had for me and my friends was amazing. I loved the bar area and the hot tub of course. Me and my friends got snowed in, yet the house was perfect !

The Perfect Vacation!

The Perfect Vacation!

We highly recommend Inn 2 Deep! Beautifully updated house which slept 14 comfortably! We celebrated our daughter's 25th birthday and a great time was had by all! The Hot Tub Room was fabulous and everyone enjoyed the huge deck out by the grill where we played games into the night! The horseshoes, basketball, pool table, air hockey and ping pong provided tons to do when we weren't out on the boat, and being able to take our dogs just made this the perfect family vacation! We will definitely go back! The Polk Family
