Great location and good staff

I like the fact that I could share a room with my 3 old university friends. We had a room that slept 4 people. This was superb an reminded us of our time at university. The staff both at the reception and the breakfast lounge were very cordial and ready to give assistance and help.

There was no way to have lunch or dinner at the hotel. I would suggest the hotel run a buffet service for dinner at least.

Sinceramente non capisco le recensioni pessime riguardo la pulizia. Noi abbiamo trovato la struttura abbastanza pulita.

Camera ampia e spaziosa a pochi passi dal centro

Andrebbe rammodernato. Ma più di tutto l’ ascensore è un incubo ci stai anche 10 minuti per scendere perché ferma ad ogni piano, se viene chiamato e si ha difficoltà ad usarlo.

Posizione strategia a vicino a tutto ma non troppo nel caos di paciville, dove ci puoi arrivare in 10 minuti a piedi

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che non era specificato che non avevamo il frigorifero, poi cambiavano tutti i giorni gli asciugamani ma non pulivano la stanza tutti i giorni in sei giorni l’avranno pulita due volte tiravano giusto su il letto

You get everything you need for a week of holidays. It's 3 Stars, so don't expect luxury. But it is nice enough.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. Bed comfortable. View from balcony very nice. Location very convenient. Good AC in room.

- the elevator: way to slow and only one and very small - breakfast not good - bathroom tiny: couldn't even use the toilet properly and had to leave the shower door open

Ho trovato una blatta in camera che camminava nel letto, asciugamani sporchi, mi hanno cambiato di stanza e il giorno dopo mi hanno spostato nella stanza dove ho trovato l’animale toccando e spostando le mie cose senza il mio permesso. È suonato l’allarme alle 7 del mattino e siamo dovuti scendere e farlo staccare e la reception mi avevano detto che sarei stata risarcita ma una volta tornati a casa mi hanno detto che non era possibile.

La posizione dell'hotel permetteva facilmente di raggiungere il centro ed è ben collegata tramite i mezzi pubblici.

Room nice although quite tired looking very clean view from balcony stunning

We were over a shop that was being renovated each morning at 7 the builders started work was at times unbearable spoke to reception every morning when the drilling started and was told they shouldn’t be starting until 9 am and the manager would speak with them nothing changed only offered a room change on day 5 but we were going on day 7 wasn’t worth it!!

Pomer cena a kvalita super 😌 za ty penize super.

Pokoje krasne a ciste. Na pokoji varna konvice coz jsem na hotelu jeste nezazila. Takze super. Nabytek v pohode, zadnej starej nebo extra novej, proste zlaty stred. Na koupelne uz slo videt dlouhodobejsi pouzivani, sprcha zespod trosku rezavejsi, ale nic co by melo vadit. Cas se podepise na vsem 😹

Proximity to the beach.

Hotel entrance was hard to find. Then there is one small elevator for 6 floors. And elevator did not came to 3rd floor. The room is spacious but bathroom was so small, I could not fit in the shower, and Im small (5.6"). The hallways are so filthy and walls were wet. Also really loud if you take sea wiew. Thr bed is small amd not comfortable. Even I put no disturb sign, maintenance were pounding on the door to enter. Really not ok. Also the safety is not big. Breakfast had poor choices. And thr guy working there, eat food from the plates by his fingers. Overall really expensive for what they offer.

If you’re looking for a budget friendly place, that’s the one. Comfy if u stay for the location. The view is excellent!

The staff was very helpful, exceptionally kind and did their best.

TV had few channels. Shower was incredibly small. The whole place could use a cosmetic renovation.

Barely acceptable

Location is very good and the staff is generally nice. They are always eager to help and they really do their best.

This is the third time I had a booking at this hotel and now I have learned from my mistakes. If you have very low standards it’s generally fine and the location balances out the cons. Room service is probably the worst I have seen anywhere else in the world. The room had a couple of cups and spoons that the staff did not wash, but simply put it back upside down on the tray. They did not clean the floor. They did not clean the bathroom properly. They did not replace our towels when we left them on the floor to be replaced. Housekeeping is simply very bad at their job. The lift is a joke of its own. Even if it’s empty, for some strange reason it takes MINUTES to go from floor 6 to 0. I timed 4 minutes of wait time until the empty lift came down. How does that happen? Unexplainable. The rooms are very loud. The safe has no instruction manual and every room seems to have a different safe because in ALL OF MY STAYS I needed to ask the staff for help when handling the safe.

As expected the hotel is a high quality establishment. People are professional and genuinely service oriented, everybody is focused on making guest stays pleasant especially the staff ANITA ☺️, rooms are spacious and clean, concierge was helpful in arranging events during our stay. Location and the staff are nice and helpful..

The smell of the beddings,and pillow is disgusting..and also the room and comfort room are smell stingky..and the AC also is not working properly..

average just a shame I paid extra for the standard room.

Great location basic rooms but clean

paid for the standard double room for single occupancy because it was advertised as with a double bed and larger room than the economy single which had a single bed. booked with friends who all opted for the economy rooms. all rooms are exactly the same and in actual fact two of our party who paid for economy single had larger rooms than mine and both with double beds and balcony and I had two singles pushed together. when I asked the reception she shrugged and said I don’t know what the difference is between economy and standard until I pointed out there isn’t one except maybe around 150 euros for the duration of my stay.

The location is decent and well connected. The room was spacious. Air con worked well.

The WiFi was terrible -- I had to work for one day of our trip and had to use data throughout the day. (I'm surprised this is still an issue in 2022). If your WiFi doesn't work, clearly communicate that to your customers. The walls are apparently really thin as we could hear a lot of noise from the outside. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The room itself had a damp smell and there was no fridge. The toilet wouldn't flush properly and the water pressure of the shower head was nonexistent. The holder was also barely attached to the tiles.

The location is super central and safe. Reception were helpful, accommodating and understanding.

The pictures did not represent what it was like, however it is a 3 star property so it would fit that standard. It’s a bit run down. The bathroom is tiny and the shower head doesn’t stay up so need to hold it. Beds are hard so it’s all okay just outdated and run down but very spacious rooms so great price for a budget conscious family. on a main road so quite noisy as well, particularly at night time. I was not really able to enjoy tranquility but the location is really central and convenient.
