Super schöner Kurztrip im Herzen von Rostock

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und auch gleich eingewiesen in die Benutzung des Parkplatzes in der Tiefgarage. Jeder Wunsch konnte uns erfüllt werden. Das Bad war schön groß, sauber und perfekt durchgestylt. Das Bett 🛌 hatte eine sehr angenehme Matratze und wir schliefen wie auf Wolke sieben. In der Nähe konnten wir schön frühstücken gehen.

Leider hatten wir keinen Balkon, was es zu einer 10 gemacht hätte 😄 Aber wir kommen wieder 👍🏻😊

Wunderschöne Wohnung!

Lage top. Die Wohnung war ausreichend für 5 Personen. Das Zustellbett war phantastisch! Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern. Absolut toll. Alles wurde liebevoll hergerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Alles bestens!

Zuerst ein dickes Lob für den super freundlichen jungen Mann an der Rezeption, der uns alles kompetent erklärt hat und uns noch einen Platz in der Tiefgarage organisiert hat. Wunderschöne, sehr saubere und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort den man zum Wohlfühlen braucht z.B. bequeme Betten, mehrere Kopfkissen, flauschige Handtücher, WLAN. usw. Eine Flasche Wasser, Kaffee und Tee standen gratis zur Verfügung!

Het appartement is nieuw en modern, de bedden zijn heerlijk.

Er was geen plek meer voor onze auto, waardoor we duur moesten parkeren in de nabijgelegen parkeergarage.

Schöne Tage in Rostock.

Die Lage des Appartements ist einfach ideal. Die Innenstadt ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr kompetent und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es gibt keinen wirklichen Kleiderschrank. Wir waren zu Zweit und haben Mühe gehabt unsere Kleidung unterzubringen und kleinere Personen haben Probleme die Bügel aufzuhängen, die Kleiderstange ist sehr hoch. Sonst war alles sehr gut.

Tolle Lage, sehr schöne Zimmer, alles in allem eine runde Sache.

Sauberes, großzügiges Zimmer, mit schönen Balkon. Beste Lage und Parkplatz im Hotel. Der Junge Mann am Empfang war sehr freundlich und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen.

Nicht gefallen gibt es nichts, hier kann ich nur einen Wunsch oder eine Anregung senden. Es gibt zwar im Eingangsbereich einen Kühlschrank für kalte Getränke, was sehr gut ist, aber eine Snackstation / Snackautomat wäre noch perfekt.

Perfektes Appartement für ein perfektes langes Wochenende :o)

Die sehr zentrale Lage des "The Green" ist einfach ein genialer Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Straßenbahn fährt fast direkt vor der Tür. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit :o) Das Appartement ist geräumig und hat genügend Staumöglichkeiten für Gepäck (große Kleiderschränke!) Die Betten sind sehr bequem und verfügen über jeweils 2 verschiedene Kopfkissen pro Gast. Die Küche hat auch alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das (Durchgangs-)Badezimmer ist groß, sauber und modern. Perfekt ist auch die separate 2. Toilette. Der Balkon zum Innenhof ist ebenfalls toll. Alles in Allem die perfekte Unterkunft um Rostock/Warnemünde zu erkunden! Der Preis passt! Am Abreisetag durften wir unser Auto noch bis zum Mittag in der Garage stehen lassen. (Perfekt - DAnke!)

Parkplätze sind an der Unterkunft vorhanden Lage perfekt für Stadt Zimmer ordentlich und modern, leider sehr laut da Sie zur Straße ausgerichtet sind

Very comfortable apartment with a small balcony. Equipped with a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and everything you would need for a great stay. I'd definitely stay there again.

I wish they offered shampoo and conditioner (none available in the room), but in all honestly everything else was just perfect.

Cosy place to stay in a convenient location

Nicely furnished and cosy brand new studio apartment. All materials and facilities were of high quality and everything was very clean. Located on a small street in old town with just a very short walking distance to city center. Several tram lines stop nearby (Neuer Markt) for travel to other parts of the city. Comfortable bed with two blankets. Good curtains to make the room dark even at daytime. Convenient garage for keeping a car (paid separately). The smallest apartment size "Smart Apartment" was adequate for two people for two nights' stay but would have felt a bit cramped for longer stay and thus I would recommend choosing "Medium" or "Large" apartment in that case.

Air conditioning would have been beneficial as the room was a bit warm during summer weather. Some noise and occasional cigarette smell from the street outside when keeping the window open (however when keeping the window closed there was no noise as the window has good insulation).

Spacious, clean, comfortable, ideally situated in the centre of town.

Didn’t realise that the drink provided wasn’t free until after we’d drunk some of it! Maybe mention this at check in/have a sign in the fridge. Builders working outside were very noisy and meant we couldn’t used our balcony.

Beat place to stay in Rostock!

Two minutes from market square and the main shopping street. Top floor with views over town and a lift. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen and large bath.

Minor but I wish the large bed was not so close to the roof slant and had normal size night stands in the otherwise decent sized bedroom. Kitchen is well appointed but missing a cutting board.

Lovely relaxing stay, great staff.

Staff really friendly and accomodating. Went the extra mile. Allowed us to use the washing machine & dryer ourselves for no extra cost. Reception staff very helpful and pleasant. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a luxury hotel feel.

problem with checkout, as the recepción Opens very late and the First person at the recepción kindly received our Key but Did not know we had to pay (again). so we got annoying Message(s) from Booking.com that we left without paying. While truth was That they Did not charge us and i assumed it was Prepaid at Time of Booking.com.

Very big and modern apartment at the edge of Rostock old center, close to the port and with very good public transport connection. The apartment is well equipped and the stuff was very friendly and quick to fulfill all requests.

Should clean also under the beds.

Lovely comfortable apartment

Location is fantastic, about a two minute walk from the square where you can find a selection of restaurants. Also, the trams are very regular so very easy to get to and from the main train station.

Great stay for Rostock or Waremünde visit, we were very happy.

The location is really good, and the staff were so friendly. We enjoyed our stay and the apartment is big, clean and great. All the kitchen supplies were in very new condition and top quality German brands.

We had the corner suite (does not matter which floor) as the cars drive by you will hear them because of the stone streets, this was the only negative part is the noise of this.
