Very good, we would stay again.

We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open on Sunday evening.

Comfortable stay in a clean, comfortable room with a secure parking for the car.

Clean property, comfortable bed and convenient location.

The elevator was a little old and dirty. it made some loud noises when arriving at the floors. hotel can be a bit hard to find.

Very good

The location and staff were great. Manuel at the front dwak is a perfect host. The shuttle bus driver helped me with logistics and was really friendly. Breakfast was spectacular.

The hand-held shower was not functional, and the drain didn't work. The heater air was so loud I could not sleep unless I turned it off.

Very clean and comfortable. Nice and close to the airport.

Very clean and welcoming. The staff were very helpful . It was good to have the restaurant there. The main reason for staying was the closeness to the airport as we had a very early flight.

We would have liked to have charged our electric car, but were told that they had a charge point, but it was not working.

Close to the airport but very poor management

We stayed in an executive room. It was comfortable, clean and reasonably spacious. We stayed on a Friday night. Close to the airport but not in walking distance with luggage. Secure parking on site for seven days while we were away at a reasonable price. Pleasant reception staff. Good breakfast.

The website said there was a free shuttle to the airport. There wasn't. It cost 15 euros each way by taxi. This isn't a huge amount, but it is very annoying when the site says 'free'. I queried with the receptionist and was told the site wasn't up to date. This is very poor management supervision of what is supposed to be a quality hotel chain. The restaurant was closed but we knew that because that was on the website. The bar was closed which we didn't know. During the night we had to evacuate the building twice due to fire alarms - they were faults. To paraphrase Oscar Wilde 'To have one may be regarded as misfortune but to have two may be regarded as carelessness.' So, with a non-existent free shuttle and having to evacuate the hotel twice on a frosty night one would expect at least an acknowledgement from the hotel other than a simple 'sorry' from the receptionist. None has been forthcoming. Perhaps the management has not been on a Management of Quality course which would tell them how to delight the customer or at least, not annoy them! There are other hotels in the area. Next time I will use one of them rather than the Holiday Inn.

Location is okay and near the tramway station. Room is clean and having no smell of cigarattes' smoke. WIFI is also useful and smooth.

The same old breakfast can easily become monotonous after few days. I did not find vendor machine to get drinks at night.

As usual, our stay was comfortable and relaxing after a hectic visit. Always good to arrive early.

Check, courteous staff. Location and cleanliness.

No restaurant, closed for renovation or perhaps simply the French holidays. If we had known at time of booking, we would have gone elsewhere.

August stay - cold pool and closed restaurant

Staff were friendly, close to airport

Sofa bed in ‘superior family room’ was uneven and uncomfortable. Pool was cold. Restaurant was closed, and we had to walk under a main road to get to the nearest open restaurant.

There was no food at all available we were told on our delayed late arrival, so we had to walk with our two children at 11pm to a local Macdonald's along a main road in the middle of the night...when food was listed as being available until midnight via room service, we were not offered the bar or any food at all and told they had nothing available which was such a shame, especially for a holiday inn

Comfortable bed

Reception was unmanned in the evening and the following morning; one member of staff was doing bar, check-in and waitressing. She was very polite but it meant that the reception was never staffed. In a double room we were only given one large bath towel and only one sachet of coffee...
