Difently, I will never consider this hotel!!

Just because is close to Robinson Place!!

I don’t recommend this property for all travelers. It’s situated in an area where during rain all have to swim, no way can anyone walk. Nothing is closed to it such as Grocery stores: like 7-eleven. Nor restaurants for international. All local foods only. Trust me when raining u can’t walk even one meter. Plus the hotel would ask you to deposit 2000p even ur paid the room rate. Very hard to convince reception staff to wave that deposit. Truly, nothing worth to mention about this poor management staff.

perfect vacation for the money!

the staff are very helpful, hospitable, friendly & reliable.

the hotel hallways needs a sprucing up. maybe changing the wall color. needs more live plants & fresh flower arrangements.the 7th floor where we ate needs more natural lighting. Aside from that the foods are very good & Ding make as feel we’re at home.

Good value for money. Wonderful stay!

Staff were nice. Room was clean and spacious. Very accessible to all major grocery stores and malls.

The shower/ tub could have been bigger.

Don’t have very high expectations and you will be fine

The staff is very polite and helpful. Very pleasant in communication. Good location. Couple of blocks away there is big shopping mall and some nice restaurants.

The hotel is quite young (opened June 2019) but facilities are badly maintained. In my room the shower was not working properly, under the sink water was leaking and the door in the shower was broken. Windows are blocked so you won’t be able to open them to have fresh air (if it is possible to get fresh air in very polluted Manila). I stayed for 2 nights and my room was not cleaned at all. As a result I had lack of toilet paper and no fresh towels. Also, bear in mind, if you order food into your room (there is no dining room in this hotel, you will eat in your room) you will need to pay instantly. Make sure you have exact money as in my case they couldn’t find money for change to give me. Another important information what is missing in the description of the hotel is that they take 2,000 pesos as a deposit which they give back to you on check-out. In case you would like to check-in earlier (in my case I arrived at 10 am) they will charge you additional 30% of a daily rate.

This property is just close to the Robinson Area. Nothing more!!!

During heavy rain, u can be stocked in the hotel. Rain is being collected in front of the hotel where u can’t move. it becomes like a deep lake that u can’t see the road. and can’t even walk!! Poor Reception and staff unfortunately changed me twice for taxes and charges. they were not helpful at all with all do respect. it took me more than 2hrs talking to them to but without any luck. You may ask me if u want more info to provide I can mention Names!!!

Overall, I would only use this hotel again if they promised to clean my room every other day.

I liked location and initial quality of the room.

1. There was No room service for many days....and they only cleaned the room on request. Worse yet...because I was forced to use the same towel for 5 days....it eventually got stained and i was charged 500 pesos for replacement towel. I honestly was disappointed at daily room service.
