Strongly recommend for anyone looking to spend a few days in the area.

Comfortable bedroom, excellent breakfast and secure parking. A great location to explore Óbidos and the Silver Coast.

Excelente alojamiento con una atención de 10

Excelente trato y atención de las anfitrionas. Camada muy cómoda. Desayuno excelente y muy completo. Mi pareja y yo estuvimos muy contentos. La ubicación es muy buena para conocer Obidos y pueblos de alrededor.

Consigliato !!

Ottima esperienza di vacanza in un luogo accogliente. Squisite le due hosts: sempre sorridenti e disponibili. La colazione era varia e deliziosa. Bello il patio; peccato fosse troppo ventoso per goderselo al 100%… simpatici i due cani che rallegrano con la loro presenza.

Excellent logement avec très bon petit dejeuner

Très bon accueil de Thérèsa toujours dispo Elle nous a donné de bonnes infos sur les ballades à faire. Endroit calme avec parking privé Excellent petit déjeuner le meilleur de notre voyage

We highly recommend this place!

Loved being able to sit outside on the patio. Room was comfortable. The hosts were so nice and helpful too. Located in a very quiet town.

Wonderful Property with Excellent Hosts

Janice and Teresa are excellent hosts. The property is lovely and beautifully maintained. It is also very secure if you have a car. Very close to Obidos and located in a small quaint town. The room had a comfortable bed, a good bathroom and everything was very clean and tidy. We had direct access to the porch with a table. Coffee and tea are right in the room and a small fridge with water and milk. Breakfast was quite a spread and delicious. It included fresh fruit, toast, croissants, meat, cheese, scrambled eggs, cereal, yogurt and the famous Portuguese pastry, Pastie da nata. All this will last you all day. Be sure and try the ginjinha port which was in the room. It is a delicious port made from cherries. Fantastic! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

A pleasant stay.

We appreciate the hospitality from Janice and Teresa. The breakfast was very good and everything was good and pleasant. The location is in a countryside, but also close to the center. We enjoy the quiteness.

I totally enjoyed my days in your house. Thank you, Janice and Theresa, I felt welcome from the very first minute. You managed creating a space where I felt comfortable and familiar like at home, but enjoyed the benefits of your service, especially in the morning with the best breakfast I had during my stay here in Portugal. you were always available for conversations and easy to connect with, at the same time letting me have my needed privacy. I took the challenge to walk to the obidos castle and was surprised by a wonderful scenery beside the main road. I am grateful for my time at your place. See you next time!

Fantastic value for money!

Friendliness, quietness, cleanliness. Hosts couldn’t do enough for you. Great breakfast. Rooms with excellent bedding were well heated although we were there during a cold spell in March. Safe parking on the spot.

My husband and I had a great time at Casa das Palmas! Hosts were super attentive and nice, the room was spacious, quiet, bed super comfortable, and breakfast tasty and varied. All in all, a perfect stay.

Clean room, good equipments, parking space for the car. Quiet location. Very good breakfast. Lovely hosts, welcoming and helpful. We appreciated the special attentions (free coffee/milk, sample of local liquor...). We would definitely stay there again!

It is far from the old village, so you need to drive there. But really not a problem, honestly.

Loved our stay here, the location is great just a short drive away from everything! Wonderful hosts

Great hosts from the little touches in the room to the breakfast, that was absolutely delicious! We checked in later and found that the hosts had left fresh water in the coffee machine as well as the kettle along with fresh milk and bottled water in the mini fridge. Loved, loved our stay here and will come back again! Thank you so much for looking after us!

One of our best stays ever

We travel a lot, but rarely have we experienced such warm hospitality. Janice and Terry went out of their way to make us feel at home and spoiled us even with apparently minute details such as a bottle of jinjinya in the room and fruit for the way. They reserved a table for us at a superb restaurant across the street. In other words, next time we are in Portugal, we will make a point of staying there again.

What have we disliked? That we needed to leave.

It was a wonderful surprise! The room was comfortable with a lot of space and everything was tidy. The hosts were really friendly, always in contact with us in case we needed any help or recommendations and they even left us some treats in our room. The breakfast was delicious. We felt like we were home. Without a doubt it's a place we want to revisit sometime.

Anne and Wes are friendly and very helpfull. The breakfast was great and a good and relaxed start of the day . It is a must to stay at their place when visiting Obidos or surroundings.

Wes and Anne's hospitality was second to none. They went out of their way to assist us when needed. The B&B was very comfortable with good parking and the breakfasts were fantastic with many choices.
