Schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage mit Abstrichen bei der Sauberkeit und Renovierungsbedürftigkeit

Die Lage des Hotels und die Freundlichkeit des Personals sind top. Das reichhaltige Frühstück sucht seinesgleichen, ganz toll. Ebenfalls sehr positiv ist die Möglichkeit sein E-bike sicher über Nacht im Hotel abzustellen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider haben wir erst am letztes Tag gemerkt, daß die Sauberkeit im Zimmer nicht so gut ist. Unterhemden Bett wurde wohl seit Wochen nicht mehr sauber gemacht. Dort lagen noch Chips und eine dicke Staubschicht. Ebenso der Lüfter im Bad sowie und dem Schreibtisch. Sehr schade, sonst wäre es perfekt gewesen. Renovierung wäre wünschenswert.

Zonde van het gebouw met zoveel potentie.

Prima zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Prachtig uitzicht op de Rijn vanuit het restaurant. Welkomstdrankje plus fles water op de kamer gratis.

Lawaai vanuit de stad en de spoorweg. Ontzettend heet op de kamer, alleen ventilator kan echt niet meer. Kamer en badkamer niet schoon. Schimmel op de muren en douchecabine. Vuile toiletrolhouder en borstel. Zichtbaar handen afgedroogd aan handdoek.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nur sehr bedingt empfehlenswert !!

Die Lage ist okay ! Das Personal ist war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit !

Das Zimmer ist noch etwas Old-School, ein Teppichboden ist in anderen Hotels dieser Preis-Kategorie seit vielen Jahren verbannt ! Die Duschwannen stammen ebenfalls nach aus den 1980-1990 Jahren, viel zu hoch/tief eigentlich lange "out" ! Das Waschbecken zeigt mittig innen einen größeren Riss ! In Zeiten des Klimawandels sollte ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse, über klimatisierte Zimmer verfügen und nicht lediglich über einen Tischventilator (gefühlte Raumtemperatur nach Ankunft jeweils Abends ca. 28-30 Grad), eine wirkliche Herausforderung !!!

Einzelbett mit Holzumrandung knarrt bei jeder Bewegung, im Bad Duschtür so eng, dass man kaum durchkommt, Flasche mit Bodylotion war leer, Gardinenstopp fehlt, in der Zimmerecke Spinnweben, wo sich Insekten sammeln

Tolles Hotel direkt am Rhein mit super Frühstücksbuffet

Tolle Lage direkt am Rhein und an den Schiffsanlegestellen. Schöne Terrasse und schönes Restaurant mit einem tollen Rhein-Blick und auf die Rüdesheimer Seite.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und der Räume generell ist ziemlich abgewohnt (aber sauber). Die schöne Lage hat auch ihre Nachteile: der Zug- und Schiffsverkehr sind deutlich zu hören auch nachts

Für eine Übernachtung in Ordnung.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt am Rhein und nur ein paar Minuten Gehweg zur Innenstadt.

Das Zimmer hat den Charme der 70‘ Jahre. Das hat mir persönlich nicht so gut gefallen. Das Waschbecken nicht mehr so schön und jede Menge Spinnweben im Bad.

Good times are over

The staff was very nice, the breakfast was good and the location is excellent for quests traveling with bikes. We could leave out bikes inside the hotel.

Probably the whole hotel needs to be renovated. I was nudged by the booking app to upgrade our room. The proposed bathtub had a leaking spout and the sink had several cracks. On the small balcony was only one chair and the view wasn't that great.

Prima voor kort verblijf.

De ligging is zeer goed, dicht bij het centrum. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer en de ontbijtruimte. Voldoende parking. Uitgebreid ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk personeel.

De badkamer is verouderd.

Hat sich gelohnt. Eine Wiederholung eines Aufenthaltes ist angedacht.

Lage der Zimmer auf Wasserseite sehr schön. Frühstück super. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und ordentlich. Bad hat etwas renovierungsstau. Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm .

check in /out zeer vlot en vriendelijk. gemakkelijk bereikbaar van autoweg en beveiligde parkeergarage (9euro). zeer schoon goede bedden

Tolle Lage am Rhein, die zu Tagesausflügen einlädt.

Die Lage am Rhein ist super. Die Binger Innenstadt ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der tollen Gegend sind nahezu unbegrenzt. Überall gibt es Weinberge, Bootsfahrten etc. Das Niederwalddenkmal auf der anderen Rheinseite hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war spitze!

Leider sieht man den Zimmern mittlerweile an, dass sie ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen sind. Rostflecken in den Waschbecken, vermackte Wände, dreckige Teppiche. Zum Übernachten reicht es, aber einen Schönheitspreis gibt es nicht mehr.

Wonderful Breakfast and right on the Rhine

This hotel is a fading grand dame, still beautiful, but definitely aging and showing sags and wrinkles. Excellent location on the Rhine, directly on the cycling path and an easy walk into the town center. Indoor storage for bikes, and a large outdoor rack as well. Wonderful breakfast. No air conditioning, but there was a fan in the room.

There was a rock concert in the park adjacent to the hotel, so there was no sleep to be had until after the show was over. Obviously the hotel can't control that, but a knowing apology at check-out would have been nice, as would have having a room as far away from the noise as possible. Closing the windows didn't help much to abate the noise.

Great location and lovely staff

The location of the hotel is superb! Breakfast was good too. Staff very helpful to put our two rooms as close to each other as possible. Thank you!

The room did not have air conditioning which should not be a problem. However the two nights we were there were pretty hot. The rooms were small so the temperature was high. During the day, opening the balcony door easily solved the problem. At night, if we left the door open or ajar, the air was too chilly for us asleep. So it was difficult to get it right. At night, it was either too hot or a bit too cold.

Great location right on the waterfront with amazing views. Awesome helpful staff. Comfortable beds.

House keeping staff knocking on the door at 8.30am after a very very long day previous. Some parts of the room are a little tired, but very clean and no issues

I believe that hotel has nice rooms, but be careful during the busy days to not get a very bad room

The location is close to the river and ferry with the restaurants. Parking spots were enough to park a card even during the busy weekend. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was standard, but enough.

a sink with a crack in the middle, a non-working extractor hood covered in dust and mold, and incomprehensible room heating in the warm season with no air conditioning. It is impossible to open the window due to the proximity of the railway station and tracks, trains run until 3 in the morning, and it is impossible to sleep. the bed and pillow were not the most comfortable, but maybe it's not for everybody.

Not totally impressed!

The front desk staff were EXCELLENT,! They were very accommodating also very friendly .

We thought the restaurant staff could have done much better. They could have been friendlier, smiled and had faster food service. We were there for dinner at 19:00 on our arrival day , it was not busy in our opinion and the staff were unfriendly & slow to serve us. After this we ate at other restaurants in Bingen. We only ate breakfast once for the same reason. There was a young man who served who you should keep on staff…. The women should just find another job that would suit them better like working in a morgue!
