Top Hotel, wenn man für ein paar Nächte in OH bleiben will

Das Hotel bietet alles für einen Kurztrip. Ich bin es schon gewohnt, das man sein eigenes Smart TV Modul mitbringen muss, wenn man abends im Bett entspannt Netflix gucken möchte.

Im Badezimmer ist keine Lüftung / kein Fenster. Ist natürlich für mich kein "Problem", aber wenn ich an Schimmel denke, ist das Bad eigentlich ein Paradies

Avoid if driving

Parking here is possible but complicated. There are only a few spaces outside the hotel, and a few more disabled spots (don't park there or you'll get fined). The free street parking is only until 9am and requires a ticket (schein) after then, but you can't buy one until 6am, soif you're checking out at 11, you could get a fine there too. Or you can park in the public multistorey lot behind the hotel, but that will cost you up to 19 Euros. This is all very complicated and hard for the staff to explain, and there is no map. One towel had a very bad smell which was hard to wash off my face. Room had odor from the bedding. Shower temperature would suddenly get scalding hot without notice. Free WiFi is only 10Mbps, or you have to pay for faster speeds.

Eigentlich gutes Hotel mit fragwürdiger Sauberkeit

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit reichlich Auswahl. An sich komfortables Bett, Tee/Kaffeekocher auf dem Zimmer. Einkaufsstraße im Viertel in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Zudecke ekelig verdreckt. Fittnessbereich klein und sehr übersichtliche Auswahl.

Zentrale gelegenes schönes Hotel, in dem ich mich absolut wohl gefühlt habe

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes 4* Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Hotel an sich sehr schön eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind schlicht aber hochwertig eingerichtet (von den komischen Klappsesseln mit Hocker mal abgesehen), die Betten sooo bequem und es gibt Kühlschränke in den Zimmern, die man auch selbst befüllen kann. Also alles in allem ein sehr positives Erlebnis.

Ich habe 2 Zimmer gebucht, aber nur in einem von beiden befand sich eine kleine Kaffeemaschine. Dieses sogar im günstigeren von beiden Zimmer, sodass sich mir nicht erschlossen hat, wieso sie in diesem aufzufinden war und im anderen nicht.

- gutes Frühstück bereits ab 6 Uhr - Wlan funktioniert einwandfrei - Hotelzimmer sehr sauber und alles voll funktionsfähig

- frischzubereitete Spiegeleier erst ab 6:15 Uhr bestellbar, da das Personal noch mit der buffetzubereitung beschäftigt ist - Zimmereinrichtung schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Auch der Teppichboden hat schon seine besten Zeiten hinter sich

Die Lage war toll, nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt.

Größe des Zimmers sehr angenehm

Preis, dafür doch sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Öffentliches Parkhaus daneben äußerst reudig, von Müll bis Urin im Treppenhaus genug vorhanden

it was alright

it was very close the main train station and the city center , it was clean and the rooms big

The guy at night reception on 20th May 2023 around 11pm was unprofessional. I called the reception to fix our room AC because the temperature was around 25°C. Instead he turned off our room AC and the heat was unbearable. I called him again thrice on the telephone and he didn’t respond. I had to go down to the reception only to find out he was standing by the telephone, ignoring my call. I also found out he turned off the AC completely instead of fixing it. Customer satisfaction is a great deal in the hotel business so kindly attend to this. Thank you

Good place, bad restaurant

Poor restaurant with just 3 or 4 choices. Closed 3 days a week. Very unsatisfactory. Choices of beverages and snacks from an automatic vending machine at very high prices and payment only by credit card

Easy to find, easy to stay.

We choosed this hotel for business trip. Very good location in the city, very easy to get from Oberhausen main station, just 7 min walk. Quite and good for short staying. The reception personnel is very polite and helpful, especially Kristin Süßelbeck, who did the best and was very patient to all our booking changes.

There was no bottelled water in the room upon arrival.

Exceptional

Excellent location, short walk to the train station. The welcome was very nice and fast. We had a quiet room, which gave enough space for two. The breakfast was very nice with various choices of items.

the location was perfect, within walking disturb the town centre. Wonderful breakfast & very clean.

A little more parking would be helpful but it’s a small things and didn’t detract from a wonderful stay.
