Ruhiges, sauberes und ansprechendes Familienzimmer mit super nettem Personal

Sehr sauberes Zimmer und ansprechende Frühstückslounge. Das Personal war super zuvorkommend, ist sogar zur Tankstelle gelaufen um für unsere Kinder Strohhalme zu holen ! Die anfängliche Skepsis da Hotel an der Autobahn hat sich nicht bestätigt. Zimmer super sauber und es gab ein gratis Wasser

Clean, efficient and quiet. It is right on the motorway so a great stopover place on a long journey.

I didn't realise that it was at a services station on the motorway; I had inserted the postal code into my Satnav which told me i had arrived although I was in the middle of nowhere! This resulting in me driving around for almost 2 hours searching for the hotel. However, the instructions provided by the hotel had been reasonably clear (I hadn't read them properly!) and had i realised it was a Motel (and on the motorway) I could have avoided a lot of stress!

Be aware! There were bed bugs in room 303! Lots of them! Really disgusting!

Great stay :)

Comfy beds and good shades so there wasn't too much light in the morning :)

The rooms were a bit small but otherwise we liked it all :)

Good place with polite staff and breakfast

So polite personal, free parking, breakfast, very clean room and bathroom, climate control in the room, in few minutes by car located LIDL supermarket, forest across the road near hotel.

Just location near truck parking because many truck drivers make their toilet dids just in forest line near hotel, I don't understand why the doesn't go to the free toilet rooms in the CafePlace near parking.

Could be better, it was better

Its close ti the city. Breakfast good. Staff at reception nice.

The cleanes of rooms. We stayed fo 4 nights for the Achema fair in ffm so 8 people means 32 room nights. Only from day one to two the towels where changed and the room cleanded. As we requested the towels on the last day we have got them but, but no one cleaned and made up the room. Same was with the bottled water in the room. First two days we have got them later not. If coming afer 22.00 you need to use a emergency exit as entrance wirh a key. Looks not realy smart. The smell in the rooms also not perfect it looked like they have a problem with the sink. Sorounding of the hotel is a highway parking but with 5 minutes cleaning and gardening it could look for 100% better. For me it was the 4th time stayting for the Frankfurt fair here but can tell the quality of the rooms looks like the hotel is not realy maintined in the covid time.

Driving home to the UK. Close to the highway.

We were driving home with my family. The room was clean but small. Although it was perfect for a sleep and a shower. Stuff was nice as well. Breakfast was Ok, nothing special but still nice to set off without an empty stomach. Plenty of parking spaces and also a perfect location right next to the Autobahn.

All you want from a budget hotel. Staff were friendly, hotel was clean and drinks were reasonably priced. A few good restaurants within a short driving distance. Directions were sent in advance which was helpful. Typical service station surroundings but hotel itself was in a quiet area.

However the hotel is really close to the motorway, it is a quiet place to have some rest. Perfect

Access to the hotel is only from one side of the motorway, heading west. It's not mentioned in Info. We accepted the Booking.com suggestion to request a cotbed for our baby, but there was no such a 'feature' available in this hotel at all.
