There are two new quality apartments on the farm. They are both furnished in solid wood country style and offer generous room layout the basis for your perfect holiday.
Summer holidays on the farm means holidays in the midst of green meadows, away from the traffic, where the children can play at the playground. Exploring nature, establishing contact with animals and gaining insight into peasant work. The newly designed courtyard is shared. Furthermore, there are generous lawns with play opportunities, trampoline, sandbox, swing, slakline, tree house u. v.m., which are shared with all guests.
Enjoy not only in summer, but also in winter the many possibilities. Let the soul dangle on one of the numerous resting places. Or, on the other hand, actively use the game and sports facilities on site. With appropriate snow conditions the house meadow is perfect for sleigh rides or the first turns on skis.
The landlords cultivate with enthusiasm the family owned farm for centuries. On the farm are cattle, calves, cats and rabbits. The landlords will be happy to share in the daily tasks at the farm during the seasons. Assistance is expressly allowed. Furthermore, there is the possibility to book a breakfast service on site.
The nearest public lake access is within 15 minutes walking distance. Of course, all water sports on the Traunsee are offered. But also for older people, the farm location is ideal as a starting point for more or less long walks away from traffic. And even with a bike you have the choice between a leisurely ride along the lake or challenging mountain bike ride into the mountains. Not far from the farm there is a variety of sports in winter. The charming family ski area on the neighboring Feuerkogel offers both beginners and experts unlimited snow fun. For those who prefer a more leisurely pace, get to know the idyllic winter landscape, for example, on a snowshoe or winter hike.
Apartment for 4 persons with balcony
The apartment is located on the first floor to the lake side apartment is about 105 square meters and can accommodate four people. In the large, bright living and dining area is the fully equipped modern kitchen. Here you will find all the important kitchen utensils. There is a ceramic hob with an oven, a fridge and a dishwasher. The dining table invites you to eat together after cooking. Furthermore, there is a sofa bed in this room. From here you can enjoy the fantastic panorama of Lake Traunsee and the surrounding mountains. The two identical comfort bedrooms were each equipped with a double bed. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a sauna (incl. Infrared emitters). The toilet is located separately.
