Upon arrival, park your car and step through the gate into a tree-covered yard that offers constant shade and a refreshing summer breeze. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area wraps around the home, providing ample seating for your entire group. Enjoy the luxury of an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water and an endless hot water heater. Create lasting memories on the expansive deck, complete with a gas grill, perfect for cooking up a feast between beach adventures.

Step inside and you'll find a living space perfect for making incredible memories. The living room and dining room are to the left, while the bedrooms are up the stairs and down the hall to your right. The cozy living room features two large couches around an indoor fireplace, ideal for game or movie nights with the whole group. The nearby dining table makes it easy to enjoy meals while catching the game.

The fully equipped kitchen is the heart of the home, complete with all appliances, including a dishwasher. Whether you're preparing a meal for the whole family or just packing snacks for the beach, you'll find everything you need. We even have plenty of storage for leftovers!

Down the hall, you'll find a bathroom shared by the two downstairs bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full, both with large closets with views of the beautiful landscaping. The laundry facilities are also on this floor and free for your use.

Upstairs, you'll find the remaining two bedrooms. To the left is a queen bed with a large walk-in closet, and in front of you is another full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom to the right features a king bed, a twin bed, and a twin trundle bed. Please keep in mind occupancy laws when planning your stay. This expansive room with a large closet offers plenty of space, even with three people. The best part is the private balcony, where you can catch glimpses of the trees and hear the beach waves before drifting off to sleep.

Located in a prestigious, family-friendly neighborhood known for its tranquility and uncrowded beaches, this home is perfect for relaxation. Just a short stroll from First Landing State Park, you can enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, and more. In a quick 5-minute drive, you can revel in the excitement of the Boardwalk. We provide beach chairs and umbrellas in the unit's back shed, so you're all set for seaside leisure. Plus, you can access your favorite streaming services.

Furry friends are welcome with a $100 pet fee per pet, and the fully enclosed back and side yards ensure a secure environment. Please check city regulations for specific dates and times regarding pet access to the beaches.

House Rules with a Twist!

No Smoking, violations will be $500.
Dish Duty: Used dishes? Give them a quick wash and put them back. Easy peasy!
Furniture Fun: Feel free to rearrange, but please return things to their spots and switch off lights and small appliances before you leave.
Safety First: Lock up all doors and windows, and take your trash out when you go.
Spot a Mess?: Let us know if something needs extra cleaning—we’re here to help!
Key & Pass Reminder: Lost keys or parking passes? That’ll be $125.
Sleep Sweetly: Max three people per bedroom. Our cozy beds are for comfort, not extra guests.

Pet Policy: $100, dogs only up to 1, Furry friends are welcomed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. The fully enclosed back and side yards ensure a secure environment. Please refer to city regulations for specific dates and times regarding pet access to the beaches. If you are staying with us for more than 30 days, please ask before bringing your pets.


Trash Policy: Trash day is early Tuesday mornings, please be sure to place all of your trash in the trash cans. We will make sure they are brought to the curb.

Please recycle the following items:
1. Paper: Clean newspapers, broken-down cardboard boxes (clean, dry, and unwaxed), chipboard (like cereal boxes), unwanted mail (including catalogs and magazines), telephone books, and paper grocery bags.
2. Glass: Clear, green, and brown bottles and jars (remove and discard lids).
3. Plastic: Only bottles with a neck and spout (remove and discard lids).
4. Metals: Aluminum and steel/tin food and beverage cans (pour or wipe out cans).
5. Place recyclables loosely in your container. Town-home residents may place additional recyclables in paper bags next to their container.

Do not recycle: Household garbage, waxed cardboard, juice boxes, milk cartons, food containers, yard waste, plastic bags, plastic toys, plastic pools, motor oil containers, ceramic or ovenware dishes, bottle caps, Styrofoam, or packing peanuts.

Laundry: There is laundry located on the first floor.

Parking Info: Designated, paved parking spots begin to the left of the driveway/home right as you pull up! 4 spots available. The entry to the home is through the gate on the left side of the house. Sorry, no parking allowed before or after check in / check out to allow our service vehicles to best serve you with property needs and quick turnover. Please do not park in the street or near other residential entrances.
