Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Super friendly staff who always were there to help with many answers to questions. Very courteous. Room size was great (separate bedroom fro kids) spotlessly clean, beds were fine and blackouts worked well so no morning light. It was so hot outside the AC was generally welcome though we never managed to get the right temperature. Paddle courts are excellent (in the evening -and free, with raquets etc)and bookable at the hotel reception. There is a nice shuttle service that takes you to the port (for boats), the beach. Kids loved the pool (good size) though i prefer the sea!

Hotel is a 15 minute walk to the beach - so with the heat, you have to choose your times. There is a variety of sweet pastries, croissants, ham, branded yoghurts, juice (not squeezed / pressed) for breakfast. Range of fresh fruit, fresh juices should have been better. Breakfast room was pretty warm if eating breakfast after 9am.

Fabulous stay. We’re looking forward to coming again.

The hotel is family owned and run. It is so comfortable and the pool and breakfast is excellent. The staff go out of their way to make you feel like part of their family. Francesco and his family are amazing hosts.

Nothing. It is a little walk from the beach but the shuttle bus service is excellent.

The staff were very helpful. Maoiri is a great base . Rooms are comfortable.

The breakfast would really benefit from fresh fruit and fresh orange juice . Also scrambled eggs should be freshly made as a matter of course . Tinned pears and peaches not good enough for a 4 star.

Lovely hotel and great location

The hotel was very clean, the bed was very comfortable the bathroom was big and clean, lovely shower. Not very quaint, more like a city hotel but I would recommend it to anyone. The staff were very lovely, breakfast was really good, lots of options. About 500m to the beach, shopping and restaurants. I stayed in Maiori because Portofino was way too busy, expensive and overrated.

The breakfast was very good. There was a huge variety of food to choose from. The personnel were always kind and willing to provide you with advice on where to go and eat.

Extremely Welcoming

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and everything was just perfect. Breakfast was great too and the pool was a must since we went in August ! Thank you for your generosity and hospitality.

Nice hotel but in a very quiet area.

The food was very good. The bar and dining room staff were friendly and efficient. Only one of the staff on reception was friendly.

Booked 2 single beds and this was agreed to. On check-in, was allocated a double bed and had to push for 2 singles.
