Fantástica la habitación

En la recepción no había agua con limón para refrescarnos y aunque lo pedimos porque ya estaba cerrada la cafetería, no rellenaron el dispensador

Nos dieron dos habitaciones muy amplias comunicadas con tres camas,, cuando en realidad esperábamos una sola habitación con dos cama más una supletoria… es de agradecer

Superb

The hotel is ideally situated for an overnight stay when travelling on the A6. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptionally good and the staff really pleasant and very helpful.

The restaurant was closed as it was a Sunday night but the hotel web site does not say this just that it has a restaurant. After driving for 7 hours the last thing you want to do is drive again to find a restaurant for dinner.

No toilet brush!!! Why aren't you put toilet brush??? It is a stupid habit of some hotels.. who likes to watch the sh*t in the toilet surface?? When you are traveling with your partner it is actually disgusting.

Breakfast mediocre, unpleasant neighbourhood and services

I did not like the fact that I had to pay for a parking a spot in their underground parking. 10 euros/night. I did not like the fact that I could not pay for that parking and the breakfast one night before check-out and I had to wait until morning even though I told them I have to wake up at 5 am to catch my flight and it would be more comfortable for me to pay the night before. Also I spent almost 20 minutes to pay that and to get my invoice as one of the staff from reception did not know what he was doing. He also said I could leave after I left the keys, but I reminded him that I have to pay first the breakfast and the parking....

Breakfast good, room very nice & spacious, more like a suite. Staff helpful & friendly, and their English excellent. For me, it was very close to the client site so useful location. Apparenly a good neighborhoood. Adjacent highway never caused me any disturbance at all. Heating very effective (maybe too warm, but aircon solved that once radiators turned down!)

No kettle for tea/coffee in room, but staff will serve coffee on request. No food served evenings. Not well situated for other food / offsite facilities if you don’t have a car.
