About this apartment rental

The apartment is on the second floor of a house in the old town of Baunei.

It is a comfortable three-room apartment has four beds. E 'consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower. The spacious kitchen is tastefully decorated and full of what is necessary for the preparation of tasty dishes, in addition to the dining table, TV and electric oven. After a small hallway, you enter the master bedroom, where you can enjoy a sweet and nice rest even in the hottest summer days. A little further on the double room for the children or a couple of friends. Finally the bathroom, complete with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin set in gray Sardinian granite. The apartment has a washing machine.

Outside is a terrace, which is definitely the highlight of the apartment. It offers stunning views of the sea and the mountain and will give unique emotions and romantic moments, nice dinners and chats under the moonlight in the company of relatives and friends. In the terrace you can also take advantage of the outdoor fireplace or barbecue. In addition, the apartment has two balconies. For the car there is a garage with a parking space.

This is the ideal solution for a holiday with family or friends. The apartment is designed to give guests a relaxing holiday and surrounded by an absolutely romantic atmosphere, away from mass tourism but close to real Sardinian tradition.

The apartment is 4 km from the sea, 15 km from the port and 150 kilometers from the airport. A restaurant, bar, bank and post are located in a radius of 200 m. Also 200 meters away there is an information point for hiking and natural beauty of which you can enjoy in the area.

Very good accommodation in the small town of Baunei that we already knew. Very good terrasse where you can see stars at night and a wonderful view. Appartment was clean and with all the facilities needed. I fully recommand this house and the hosts which were very nice.

We loved this place! The view from the outdoor deck was beautiful, where we had many of our meals. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom/sink/shower worked well. We were able to do laundry with the available washing machine. The 2 bedrooms were sufficient for 4 adults. Staying in Baunei was much more fun than staying in a more typical tourist town (like Santa Maria Navaresse). The only thing you should be aware of is the steep and narrow roads leading to the place. For this American not very experienced with manual transmission, it was a bit stressful at first, but fun at the end. Gianpriamo was very helpful and accommodating with our requests. 5 stars! We highly recommend this place!
