A very nice experience!

Beautiful place near the sea, the pools were very nice, they have a playground for children. The food was alao very good

Magnifique séjour

Super hôtel avec deux belles piscines, emplacement parfait, proche du centre de Bol et à 5min de la plage Zlatni Rat. Nourriture délicieuse avec beaucoup de choix. Je recommande à 100% !

Sehr nice am Traumstrand

Die Anlage besteht aus drei Hotels derselben Firmengruppe und liegt ideal für einen Besuch am Traumstrand "Goldenes Horn". Zu Fuß sind es über einen sehr schönen kiefergesäumten Weg mit Wahnsinns-Meerblick ca. zehn Minuten. Unser Haus war so gut wie neu, alles tipptopp. Das Zimmer mit Balkon bot eine schöne Sicht auf den (kleineren, neueren und stilvollen) Pool. Sehr ferundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter/innen, vor allem im Service. Essen gut, große Auswahl.

Die meisten (vorwiegend deutschen) Gäste entsprechen dem Stereotyp der All-Inclusive-Mentalität. Atmosphäre beim Essen sehr laut. Und die Rezeption hat es binnen Tagen nicht hinbekommen, dass ich "aufs Zimmer" bezahlen kann, obwohl ich wie gewünscht einen dreistelligen Betrag freigegeben habe. So muss ich jede Kleinigkeit extra zahlen statt auf einmal am Ende des Aufenthalts. In der Hinsicht: ausbaufähig...

Buen hotel pero no volveria

El hotel tiene 2 piscinas, pistas de tenis en concreto 19 pistas ya que es un club que esta al lado del hotel y es super facil reservar. Buena ducha. Nuestra habitacion familiar delux tenia un pequeño salon con television y aire acondicionado y otro aparato en la habitacion. Esta muy cerca de la playa y a 10 min andando a BOL. zona fitness con aparatos nuevos y modernos. Personal que atendia en los restaurantes amables y rapidos.

tenia dos Habitaciones familiar deluxe que la terraza estaba orientada al restaurante, el olor de comida y el ruido no se podia usar la terraza. He olvidado unas gafas en el desayuno y media hora mas tarde fuia recogerlas ya no estaban y tampoco en recepcion ni objetocs perdidos. El personal no me ayudo ya que solicité revisar las camaras. Hay que pagar 5 euros por dia para el parking que ni siquiera es cerrado, es como si estuviera en la calle. Nosotros teniamos pension completa, en general la calidad de la comida es baja, mucha cantidad y poca calidad. No tenian leche sin lactosa. Tenian cafe descafeniado pero lo tenias que hacer ocn la leche templada. La comida la sirven de 12:30 a 14:15,cada dia hay pasta/ pizza y algo de carne /pollo. Siempre hay ensaladdas y postres hay helados y tartas todas bastante baja de calidad , y frutas. Las bebidas que dicen estanincluidas son un horror, no hay una coca cola o refresco de marca todo son estos grifos con umos y bebidas alternativas. La cerveza estava bien. La cena era de 18.30-21 HR y lo mismo que la comida, variedad de ensaladas, pastas/lasagnas/risotto/pizza y carnes, pollos, verduras.

The room was nice and the AC worked well

The kids. There were too many kids. The facilities only catered to kids. We could barely use the facilities because there were screaming, rude kids all over the place. The other guests would wake up extremely early putting towels to claim the chairs preventing anyone else from being able to leverage the chairs and facilities. Most the time nobody was ever there.

Staff was great, room cleaned every day with new towels, location excellent, very close to couple of nice beaches, includin Golden Horn. Nature around te hotel and on walk is amazing. Food was just excellent, you have everything, fruit, cakes, icecream, drinks. Very pleasant experience indeed.

Parking was charged 5e per day, that could be included in room price, beside that parking is nice, it has part among the trees so you have shade.

Thos hotel needs more content- for kids, families or individual like massage or spa area, kids playroom, indoor pool. The only thing that is offered in the hotel is food.

Great choice

It was clean ,comfortable.Food was amazing choice of quality food ,generous offer and variety.Staff is were nice and hard working. Place is fantastic.Animators were keeping kids and adults entertained.Excellent choice for any type of tourist ,family or couples.Beach is near and choice of 3 pools.

Great place near Zlatni Rat

The room is cleaned every day, the rooms are comfortable. Our kids loved the pool and the playground. The food is diverse and you will always find something to eat. The staff is nice, they clean the dinning room during the breakfast, lunch and dinner. We asked them to organize a cake for our son's birthday and it was very nice. Zlati Rat beach is 10-15 minutes away walking.

A good base on Brac

We had a family annexe which was really lovely and the beds were very comfy too, the hotel was close to lovely beaches and a walk to the harbour which was also lovely

I wish I’d researched more into the restaurant as have not stayed in a all inclusive that only had one buffet restaurant, while the food was very nice it was quite a unpleasant experience with screaming kids, loud banging of plates being cleared away or smashed every mealtime, and there was the mentality that the majority of people piled their plates high with food sometimes leaving nothing for others to have . We also arrived late on our first night as our ferry had been cancelled, we arrived just after 9pm when dinner had finished but when I asked if there was anything we could have ( children included) it was a firm no, whilst the food was a high standard we basically ate and left as soon as we could and enjoyed the local bars and beaches. The other mentality was to put towels down on loungers by the pool so there were no loungers left by 10am and then disappear. So good as a base for us but not our kind of hotel . Tennis courts were good though

Exceptional

We have stayed in Hotel Bonaca for three nights, and it is sure that we will come back. Hotel is newly renovated, nice and clean rooms, very welcoming staff on reception desk and in the restaurant. Food was amazing. Accommodation is great value for the money. We recommend hotel to everyone.

Perfect stay

Perfect location, near town and beaches. Tasty and good variety od food, included drinks, very kind staff, comfortable renovated rooms with all you need, big parking, free towels by the pool,... it could be a 4* hotel with small improvements.

Only one minus. Guests bring towels to the sun loungers by the pool and leave them there for the reservation...

Great value for the price point. Rooms were very clean, cuisine was well enough.

Rooms were recently renovated and very nice. The access to the beach and promenade was wonderful.

Some of the staff were absolutely brutal. That said Gordan in the restaurant was phenomenal. If it wasn't for this one staff member our trip quite literally would have been ruined by the rude service.

Enjoyed our stay, the drinks could of been better

Great location of the hotel. I have visited Bol for many years and this was the first time in a hotel. I think i prefer to stay ina apartments though. The hotel is clean. Pretty much all the staff are friendly and helpful

There was a tennis tournament on at the same time which got very noisy at night celebrating.
