Only will recommend to people who have a hand carrier to travel with and will be for the view

Great view, worth paying extra for effiel tower view, but that is where it ends. The room with the view is too small, especially for a couple. Even if it is a romantic couple! Other rooms ate average for Paris city.

Acceuil fantastique avec du personnel aux petits soins. L'emplacement est parfait, près de notre Dame, avec le métro à 50m. L'hôtel est beau, les chambres super confortables et assez calme même si on est tout près de tout.

Highly recommend.

The room was so vlean, it has all the required facilities.a bit small but so fair to the price.

Just the bathroom door was glass and I didn't like it. But still I loved the hotel in total.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice view of Paris.

The rooftop bar has amazing views. The staff were pleasant and made sure we were satisfied. The hotel is modern and clean. We enjoyed the comfort and satisfaction.

The room was a bit small but nothing we didn’t mind since we were not in the room often.

Overall the stay was fantastic. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Accessibility was amazing. Located in the Latin quarters the property is in the heart of where the action lies. Notre Dam is a 10 minute walk away. The place is surrounded with pretty cafes and Boulangeries.

Facilities needs to be better. Lifts were often very slow and not working altogether at times. The thermostat kept giving us a warning a whole night.

Exceptional

It was a great hotel, from its friendly and helpful staff to its quality, from its stylish decoration to its cleanliness. especially the location is magnificent; 5 minutes walking distance to notre dame, 15 minutes walking distance to the louvre. the metro leaves almost by the door. life all around, restaurants cafes; For us, I can say that it is the most beautiful place in Paris.

There is nothing to say. Great hotel.

Excellent!!

Location was excellent. The roof top bar was amazing. The room was very small but comfortable and efficient. The staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned very well everyday.

Room was very small even for an urban hotel.

An exceptional hotel, highly recommended

Staff were fabulous, helpful, patient and happy! Our room was beautiful and the restaurant in the courtyard garden exceptional. Our breakfast was just delicious and the rooftop bar was the icing on the cake! What a view! Location was perfect for sightseeing.

Pleasant

The hotel is located in a nice area. The decor and vibe of the hotel are great. I got there late so I was not able to go to the rooftop that everyone raves about. The line of people outside to go in was super long so I am assuming it was worth making that line.

I paid for a room with view to the Eiffel tower and it was pricey. I could only see less than 1/3 of the tower from my balcony. I do not think it was worth having paid double what a regular room goes for and it is not as the photo advertised.

Stay nice but totally ruined by these spurious charges and failure to resolve the problem!

Impossible to recommend this hotel sadly. I paid for it upfront on booking.com. when we arrived at the hotel they took an imprint of a different card my wife's bank card to cover any extras. Charges started appearing on my wife's account as pending charges when we were there (about £3000 in total, we spoke to them and the manager said it was all fixed and apologised for the error We got home to the UK and guess what £1600 of charges have now gone thru my wife's account with some further charges pending. Our extras were £56!! My wife e-mailed the hotel - no response, she tried ringing them no response! Now still waiting for a response and our money back (wife's account went overdrawn) and further pending charges are appearing.

Exceptional

The design is excellent! I loved the place totally. The food, the staff, the location. Recommend definitely for everyone in Paris. The rooftop is one of a kind. And for sure I loved the laundry service. One of the best experience in my life.

Amazing base for a romantic stay

Superb location and amazing rooftop bar. The rooms are very well designed, so although small, it was very good. Lovely little balcony too :-)

The staff were a little ineffectual and disorganised. That said, they were always friendly and polite.

Amazing stay.

We loved staying here. The location was perfect, we walked and rode everywhere we wanted to go. Loved the terrace for our morning coffee.

Although the rooms were small, this is to be expected in Paris. We stayed for a week and fully unpacked and it felt like home.

Elegant hotel in great location but smaller than expected room

Beautifully decorated hotel in the Latin quarter of Paris and fantastic location, close to metro. The hotel has a beautiful outdoor and rooftop bar and also has a lovely spa and leisure facilities. Hotel staff could not do more to help and very welcoming.

We booked the signature room with Eiffel Tower view. The bathroom was a good size but the bedroom area was very small only a small amount of storage. For the additional money not sure the room upgrade was worth it since you could get amazing view from the rooftop and have experienced larger bedrooms for less cheaper room rate

Excellent Hotel!

Absolutely great hotel in very good location in the Quartier Latin, few minutes to the L'île de la Cité. The room was very nice and modern furnished, bed and shower first class. Special praise goes to the excellent staff, for example Amber & Paul at the front desk, as well as the bartender on the absolutely magnificent Rooftop Bar with an overwhelming panoramic view over the whole of Paris. When I come back to Paris, I will definitely choose Hôtel Dame des Arts again! Two Photos: View from the Rooftop Bar!

lovely new hotel with friendly staff

the hotel was really clean and the rooms are a great size with lovely bathrooms. Staff were all really friendly and I’m sure the rooftop bar will be amazing in summer!

could do with some more storage in the rooms/ bedside drawers and somewhere to hang towels in bathrooms. We also had an issue with our room door where the lock was broken and we had to wait outside the room for an hour at midnight on a Friday night which wasn’t too great. Then after a day of exploring on Saturday came back to the lock still broken leaving us waiting for another 25mins to get in and then had to move rooms. Iknow this is probably a one off issue but did waste quite a lot of our time! although it would not stop us returning in the future :)

Modern hotel but has many teething problems due to the fact it has only been open for a matter of weeks No water in the room No hooks to hang towels Robes were too small Breakfast poor standard Elevator not working Construction outside the room in the morning Cigarette butts from the roof top on our balcony Room telephone not working Conditioner shampoo and shower gel not topped up or placed on the the wall Repeat visits to the front desk due to telephone not working Roof top bar not available No security in elevator No parking Showering in the bath tub wasn't pleasant due to the shape of the tub Water pressure was very low
