Una noche fantástica en un entorno de ensueño!

Nos encantó la habitación, muy confortable, bien ubicada ( a 5 min andando de Santillana del Mar ). El desayuno muy bien a muy buen precio. Todo excelente. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

the location and views are lovely

Tired decor, uncomfortable bed, the pool was empty/out of use, dreadful food in the restaurant and breakfast was served too late (8:30) to even try as we had to leave for the ferry. All in all, way below the standard expected

Got a message at 7am to advise they're transferring me to an other "hotel?" Not impressed with the time element.

The trans hotel was horrific to say the least.

Countryside all around and quirky.

The room was very rustic, quirky and quaint. We had a double aspect room with a Juliet balcony. The views were lovely There are lots of tables and chairs in the garden. We had dinner in the hotel. The fish was very good.

There were at least 4 items on the menu that were not available. As it was a paper menu, they should have rewritten it. On walking around the property, there are areas which have been neglected which is a shame. It is in a lovely spot and with a little work it could be an amazing place.

It’s an old hotel. The facilities and the amenities are outdated. One of the two room had a strong smell of drains.

Basic but good hotel.

Room was clean, and location fairly good being a little bit of a walk outside of Santillana del Mar.

There were sounds in the corridor from a large party who were staying the night.

The location of the hotel is great and the staff very nice.

The room was VERY noisy, you could hear the people in the rooms nearby; we had a bedroom on the ground floor, with a window right at the entrance of the hotel and terrace... no privacy at all :( Overall, expensive for the value you get..

Disappointing

Beautiful landscape when in the diner room

but many rooms like the one we had have no windows ! Just a kind of Velux at the rooftop. The bed rooms have few acoustic protection ( we could ear people speaking, kids playing, …) The wifi was so weak that it was unpracticable:

The location was lovely

Restaurant wasn't open and we had to walk into the village for food. The breakfast was rubbish and wasn't included in the price.

Great value for money. Fab location.

Location excellent. Breakfast rather poor. Missed not having real toast, freely squeezed orange juice or real coffee. Everything very clean.

Not enough plug sockets in the room. Had to charge phone on floor, under tv.
