Si lo que buscas es descansar elige otra estancia

Me gustó que está cerca de la playa

No me gustó que desde las 8 de la mañana ya están las limpiadoras limpiando las habitaciones, y los niños pequeños pequeños se despiertan, tampoco me gustó la hora de llegada y salida entrada a las 16h. y la salida a las 10 de la mañana

Viaje a Roquetas

Simplemente el aire acondicionado que funcionaba bien y la proximidad a la playa y la piscina. Aparte de que la recepcionista era muy agradable y atenta.

Los materiales escasísimos. Pongo como ejemplo que por no haber, no había ni unas tijeras, ni un estropajo, ni ningún producto para fregar. Mobiliario antiguo, suciedad. El cuarto de baño desprendía mal olor, por una cañeria, sofa muy incómodo, no sé como pueden poner que el apartamento es para 4. Quien va a querer dormir ahí?. Sinceramente, creo que se aprovechan de la cercanía a la playa, para abaratar costes al máximo. Pero no se plantean que si alquilamos un apartamento es para poder estar allí, cocinar allí y hacer vida en él? La nevera era diminuta y no enfriaba bien por lo que recomiendo que no hagan una compra muy grande, porque se pueden estropear los productos. Y ya como colofón, una mesa en la terraza, que acumulaba tanta suciedad y desgaste, que no había producto que la quitará.

Recomendable para viajar en familia

La ubicación es perfecta y la zona de la piscina está muy bien tanto para niños como para mayores. Los apartamentos están limpios y son cómodos para pasar unos días, si la idea es comer en ellos siempre igual falta algún utensilio. En general sencillos pero prácticos.

Es mejorable la hora del Check-in y check-out ya que el personal solo está algunas horas, también por si hay algún problema. En la piscina tampoco hay socorrista que controle si alguien molesta o otros usuarios o para atender alguna emergencia. Por las mañanas desde las 8 se escuchan mucho los carros de las camareras de piso de un lado a otro lo que te despierta, igual con un poco mas de organización no darian tantos viajes, como he comentado antes hay llaves en el buzón del Check-out desde las ocho y las camareras de piso están limpiando sin saber quién ha salido.

Necesita mejorar.

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal. Limpieza en mitad de la semana. La piscina fenomenal. Nos dieron un apartamento con salida directa a la piscina, eso fue un detalle que nos gustó mucho.

El menaje de cocina es insuficiente, éramos 4 y teníamos lo justo. La nevera muy pequeña, el sofá cama incomodísimo.

Unos días en Roquetas

Todo muy bien, además el apartamento está muy bien comunicado con super, tiendas de suvenir, paseo maritimo,.....

Que la puerta de la entrada al edificio estuviera siempre abierta aún cuando la recepción estaba cerrada. Puede entrar cualquiera de la calle a la piscina.

Comfortable no frills apartment with a view of pool from terrace.

Lovely pool and spacious apartment for one person. The lady at reception was very welcoming and helpful.

Apartment needed updating. Very poorly equipped kitchen and fridge was too cold and froze all food. No plug for toaster or coffee maker.

Spacious apartment with lovely pool

Apartment is advertised as it has a wifi but unfortunately all our stay there was no wifi. I found it out after check-in when even not working password to wifi was given. After complain I received phone number to administration. Admin was rude on the phone, no compansation or solution offered. Anyway the pool was lovely, dated but big apartment, next to shops and beach. I would come back.

Friday and Saturday nights some of the guests were extremely noisy.

Could easily have stayed in a better hotel with the dog for the 71 euros I paid here.

The room charge was very good at 41 euros for our one night stopover, but on arrival we had to pay a one off charge of 30 euros for our small dog. We were told that it was a standard one off charge regardless of length of stay, no consolation when only staying one night. We have stayed in many hotels in Spain with our dog but this was the first time we have been faced with this type of charge. As a standard charge should be shown in the Booking information.

Totally ruined by that E30 charge for my dog. Apartment was furnished very barely.

The receptionist Maribel was delightful and beach across the road

E30 for my dog to stay the one night!! I´m disgusted with the company that owns that building and the real kicker is I would pay that amount if I stayed 2 weeks. I am also disgusted that booking.com did not put that information in their booking details and Maribel said the company has told you several times about that charge. Obviously they have had other guests bitterly complain like me.

The pool didn't open until 10am which meant I could not have an early morning swim before breakfast
