Very frustrating, Definitely doesn't worth the money
It was a real bad experience. The bathroom fan was broken, and it didn't have enough toilet paper. After the shower, I realized towels were too small, and the bathtub didn't drain because that was broken too. The thermostat was also broken. Noise isolation was so poor, I was able to hear conversations from other guests (and they didn't even speak loud). That's because the different rooms are separated by wooden walls instead of brick-made ones, something that would be OK in a 1 star hotel, but definitely not in a 4 stars one. Speaking about noises, when I was dinning at the restaurant, there was a very annoying noise, something like a loud and never-ending train horn. They should pay us to be guests there

Mixed
The breakfast was good with a decent variety, quick service and good quality food. The staff at the check-in and breakfast area were friendly and efficient.
On our way into the hotel, we had to walk through a crowd of people smoking. Walking through that, especially with a child under 1, was off putting, especially as there was staff smoking in the entranceway. The hair drier and the kettle in the room were broken and the channels available to watch on the TV as very limited.

Mixed reaction
Clean and beautiful rooms and very helpful and friendly staff
The unbearable heat in the rooms...it was so warm it was uncomfortable and the overwhelming smell of chlorine was also too much to cope with.. I would think twice before booking again

Good
I loved breakfast.
I didn’t like the fact they ask for your credit card and not passport to check you in

Very comfy beds. Amazing shower with very hot water. Was able to take a bath and soak my knee that has bad arthritis. Great location close to Dublin. Slept like a rock. Very friendly staff.

When checking out voiced our concerns & was told they were noted & I would receive a call...?
Breakfast was what you would expect!
Four star.....questionable!!! No gym/swimming pool...as advertised...."state of the art gym!? Bathroom was totally unacceptable....broken handle on toilet & mold in the bathroom prevented us from using bath/shower facilities available!!!!? TV remote control did not work. No bed side lights!?
